Very bad from beginning to end. Drinks– Served outdated Coke Zero bottle that I only ordered because the waitress said she was not old enough to get me a beer. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer, a mushroom pizza and steak and cheese sub and an order of fries. The pizza came first??? It was fully of greasy cheese and hardly any sauce, not good at all. Then the fries came. The were dried out? Then the calamari came. The ration of calamari to banana peppers was ridiculous. The calamari was cold overcooked and dried out. They seem to have been freezer burned. I told the waitress it was the worst calamari ever and she just walked away. then the steak sandwich came and was full of burnt peppers and onions and an unpleasant grease has seeped to the bottom. Also, a loud phone would keep blaring in the dining room. It took about 30 minutes to get and pay the check. The other customers seemed to be having similar experiences. Never going back, there was not any management present and the place seemed to be spiraling out of control. STAYAWAY!

Smithfield(Location). Was there with the family and I really can’t believe the level of service we received(awful). We waited almost an hour for a pizza and a sample platter which when it finally arrived was cold. Sorry, but will not be returning.

2nd time in 3 weeks that we’ve had a bad experience there. It was busy, but lucked out with a table. Order an app, and dinner right away. 30 minutes later, no app, no bread(because they don’t serve bread, she said?!), on my second Sprite. App just went in, she says. 30 minutes and they hadn’t even put the app in yet! Obviously, we’re hungry as we both work all day and had some time while our daughter was at dance(still would’ve had to put an order to go for her), this place is normally pretty good and we’ve been there many times. I don’t know what’s going on-why it took 30 minutes to put in an app, why they don’t even give you bread while you wait-knowing its been way too long for your food to arrive-, why everyone around us had their full meals before we even got the app(bruschetta, btw. not too complicated), the who cares attitude of the server who barely looked at me when I told her to cancel our order. I was told there was no manager there, so I couldn’t even speak to anyone. I normally don’t write negative reviews EVER, because I work in customer service, I get that sometimes you have an «off night.» But, from start to finish, it was ridiculous and they could’ve cared less.

Good food, large portions. Only gripe is their time management — they tell you 20min for a pick up order, just add another 20 to that cause it’s never on time. I love their margarita pizza, except when they don’t put it in the computer and when I go to pick it up 40min later(their equivalent of 20) it’s not made and then given an undercooked pizza. Their food is awesome though, good selection of beer and usually a friendly staff — just wish they could get their act together on time! Recommend if you have the time to wait, if you’re in a rush, go somewhere else. They’d be a 4.5−5 star if they could fix that.

We had come here before and were wowed by how great the pizza was. We just went recently and were underwhelmed. Everything we got was disappointing and we found it to be expensive for that quality of food.

This is one of our favorite take out places in the area. The majority of the time our food is spot on. Really yummy. I feel they could use a little work with the take out service portion. There is always someone there to greet you, but maybe communication with the kitchen is off? I’ve waited 30+ minutes OVER the time they told me with no explanation. The worst time I sat at the bar waiting 45 minutes over my time and they never explained why and I had to listen to the staff complain. Ugh, offer me a beer at least! I actually asked for my money back seeing I had already paid, but then my food came out. Saving grace was that it was delicious. So give them a try, just be patient…

Ordered 4 pizzas for take away. They were so salty! Very disappointing, we had 4 adults and 4 kids. My daughter loves pizza and couldn’t eat them. I know cheese by nature is salty, but it tasted as if someone dumped salt all over them! We’ve eaten at the providence location and had a great experience.

Quality wood grilled pizza, along with an extensive menu of other options. Also a good amount of beers on tap, and our server was extremely friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that the pizza tastes a little un-cohesive. I’m sure the dough is pre-grilled and then the toppings are added afterwards, but this makes the final product slightly disjointed as the cheese doesn’t quite hold everything together.

I ordered lunch one time from this place only because my job was close and I was looking for an Italian joint. Other than that, I knew nothing about Bob & Timmy’s. I got the Italian sub with everything on it of course and a cup of chicken noodle soup from the lunch menu. The sub was amazing! The veggies and meats were fresh. The chicken noodle soup, I fell in love with! They make the soup themselves and its unbelievably delicious. Ever since then, I’ve probably ordered from them a handful of times and will continue to. I haven’t been to the location in Providence, but will try when I’m in the Fed Hill area.

Costs as much as the one in Providence but with untrained cooks. We got three pizzas and they were all cold and limp instead of hot and crispy. Will drive the 15 minutes to get good pizza instead of this great disappointment even though the facility was much nicer.

Always can count on a great night when visiting this location. great food and great staff. Miss some of the old girls, but the new girls are very nice and attentive. I love how they will still cook old specials as long as they have the ingredients. I’m sure the new location, and all of the Bob and Timmy’s restaurants will be//are extremely successful! Keep up the good work!

Exactly what you’d think it is. Fantastic! One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Traditional crust or wood oven are both out of this world. Great sit down experience with plenty of drafts on tap. Wonderful family feel and experience — enjoy the outside deck area of you’re in season to do so. This is not your chain pizza type of establishment — it’s Bob & Timmy’s and simply world class.

Really disappointed to call today to find out that the only cheese you use that’s pasteurized is the feta… which makes no sense. Received a message today that it is the reverse. Still bummed because I asked twice for the staff yo verify because it seemed odd, and they assured me that on, y the feta was pasteurized. Most people in the food industry should be aware that pregnant women cannot eat unpasteurized cheese. If I took their word for it and ate the feta my baby would have been at risk. Should really have a better trained staff!

After going to B&T in Providence last Sat. and LOVINGIT(5 Stars) decided to make the 1 hour drive to try the B&T in N. Smith. VERYDISAPPOINTED ! Place was empty(1 other couple) so we figured we would have excellent food. Waitress was awesome and very friendly, fast and nice. Food yuck. Pizza was barely warm, cheese was not melted — way below average. Then desert pizza had mango on it that was so hard we thought it was an apple that was cut up. Will not go back ! Maybe instead of opening another B&T in Attleboro you should focus on the quality of the food at your 2 restaurants and make sure that it is up to par !! Waste of money and long drive for crappy food !!

Lover of all things pizza I was surprised to hear of this place that I have never been. We went there initially as part of the pizza challenge but had to come back again for more. It’s located in an odd spot off of 146 and may be tough to find but I’m glad we did. Both times our server was Sam and she was fantastic. My family is kind of jokey and she was great and went along with us and our bad jokes. She kept an eye on our drinks, kept them full, and checked to be sure our food came out right and we had everything we needed. Great service ! It’s a very casual place and would be A good place to take the kids. There’s a patio with outdoor seating also if you so desire to be outside. Onto the food. Very generous portions. Also reasonable. We had an appetizer. Four beers. And three dinners for 70 $. That’s a lot of food for three people. I had a buffalo chicken calzone. It was very tasty. My dad had spaghetti and clams and he said it was good and he’s tough to please. My cousin had chicken park and declared it delicious. We had fried pickles too and they were nothing short of amazing. They say all the ingredients are fresh and that is correct. Everything we had was definitely not frozen. I’ve heard they have a second location in providence also but I like it here. We will be back and hope to see you all there too !

Really seriously learned for the first time how good Mac & Cheese pizza can be! We had traditional and came back a 2nd time for ½ traditional and ½ buffalo chicken… Totally amazing… My husband and I are addicted!

As a resident of Federal Hill, I sure have heard about Bob and Timmy’s. I’m not a big fan of the wicked busy atmospheres of the Hill, so my boyfriend and I were delighted when we heard of the North Smithfield location. Parking is abundant. Great lunch specials. My boyfriend and I ordered the teriyaki wings and the four cheese grilled pizza. Teriyaki wings(11 $) came as a dozen, and the sauce was tangy, nothing too special though. The pizza(15 $) was unique. I’m a huge fan of pink vodka sauce… but that and the cheese blend was a little overpowering. In the future, I will probably stick to a regular cheese and one topping grilled pizza. The one downfall, prices. You’re paying for the Federal Hill experience, in North Smithfield. The décor isn’t really much different than your local pizza parlor, it’s the food that makes the prices high I guess? I’ll probably keep Bob and Timmy’s in my back pocket for a once in a while treat.

What can I say? Bob and Timmy’s has some life changing wood grilled pizza. I love this location because you get all of the flavor without the hassle of parking and dealing with Federal Hill shenanigans. We tried the great white pizza with clams and it was amazingly delicious. We also tried the sausage supreme — another great choice! When we arrived, there was a baby shower being held in the main dining area. There’s a nice outdoor dining area, but it was a bit chilly that day for that. We sat in the bar to give the party some space, but there was certainly no lack in attention from the server. She was super friendly in taking our order, making great suggestions on food and the drink specials. She even asked me for my name and used it throughout our conversation. She is definitely an asset to the team. I most certainly will visit again… and have the clam pizza; it’s the closest thing to Pepe’s I can find around here!
