Loved it at first, but the owner has zero customer service skills and is so unprofessional. My appointment was rebooked (even though I never cancelled it) and instead of them canceling the other appointment they booked over mine I was told I had to reschedule. Seriously? And then when I reached out to her she said she has gone out of her way to schedule an appointment for me (is that not what a business does??) and she «gave up». Super disappointing since I referred so many people there. Also, I had 8 laser sessions and haven’t seen a difference. Waste of money, you get what you pay.

Went for a facial/​microdermabrasion. The esthetician only spoke when she tried to upsell me products or additional services. I felt like she was a robot and couldn’t be bothered to put any effort into it. My eyes were red for a week after. Won’t be going back to this place!
