So as a follow up to my original post, I contacted the BBB to let them know of the false claims on AHR’s web site of having an A+ rating with the BBB when in fact their rating is an ‘F’. Apparently the BBB contacted AHR with the complaint and their web site was subsequently down for a few days while ‘changes were made to the claims in question. Now the claim simply reads, «We have an A+ rating». What does that even mean? An A+ rating to whom? The owner of AHR??? Seems so vague and ambigious that it’s comical they even bothered to change it. Again, read up on who you will be dealing with before agreeing to do business with them, you will be gald you did.
