Terrible experience with them and theyre stupid policies, i bought an engagement ring for my fiancé, when we went to get it sized according to the manager i would have to wait six weeks to get it back, which made us change plans for our engagement photo shoot. The only EXCUSE they had was that it was because i bought the extended warranty and it would be voided it was done there or at theyre local shop, i really regret buying the ring there. All they had for me was sorry sorry sorry, yeah im sorry i bought it there!!!
By the way the location was the store at the north riverside mall, try to avoid it.

I love going to this store Victor and the staff here are very enjoyable to deal with alway helpful and eager to please !. And the music is great here. Victor helped my fiancé and I pick out the perfect engagement & wedding rings his selection he showed us was very nice but he was observant in what I liked and found the perfect ring ! We are very pleased thank you

I did not like the service here. My diamond lost two rings and I took it to get if fixed and they gave me a new one (which I really appreciated). When they gave my fiancé the new ring to give to me he didn’t notice that the ring had two diamonds crushed and when i finally got my ring I realized that something was wrong with my ring and then I put it in the light and that’s when I notice the ring had two diamonds crush. I took it the same day back right when I noticed and Victor tried telling me that I had to do something to it because «he checked it» and I promise you I had just put it on. They told me it was going to take 3 – 4 weeks to get it fixed.
Later that week me and my fiancée went back to the place because we noticed they wrote down my cell phone number wrong on the receipt. And we spoke to Victor and he told us that my ring would actually be. Ready that same week. When we went back to pick up my ring AT THE TIME VICTOR TOLD US. The nice lady told us that my ring wasn’t ready yet. So he basically lied AGAIN.

Victor, Daisy, and Kasha did an amazing job at doing everything possible to keep me happy after having some issues with my engagement ring (manufacturer issues). I will most definitely be back.

My first time buying jewelry, and Deisy was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I’m coming back just for the excellent customer service and because they carry my favorite watch brand «RADO».

went in to pay on a bill and get my bracelet fixed, the ladies got to chit chatting about the reality program Love and Hip Hop, and then Victor chimed in, not only is he well knowledgeable about the best quality of diamonds and styles that match uniquely with the customer, but he also keeps updated on the happenings in the lives of the reality stars. The whole team made our experience enjoyable and it’s easier to spend money with service you care for. Looking forward to new Rings, earrings, bracelets, and watches!

This was absolutely the best jewelry store that I’ve ever been too. My roommate and I went to look at rings yesterday and Victor and Deisy had the best customer service of about 6 stores that we visited. They didn’t just try to sell us rings. They educated us, were honest, friendly, and they were able to give us exactly what we were looking for. They sell higher end jewelry than most stores, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this store and Victor & Deisy to anyone.
