I will never use another massage therapist or esthetician. I have used Valerie several times now and she never ceases to impress. I’ve had several different types of massages from her and also eyelash tabs, eyelash extensions, hand/​foot treatments, facials– you name it, she does it. What’s wonderful is that she does a quick evaluation before each massage to make sure she understands my issues and pain so she can deliver the best results. She’s very patient and understanding. And her treatments are very affordable! She does stay very booked, but I learned that’s because she has so many return clients and new referrals and she unfortunately can’t clone herself. I love that she offers online booking– it’s so convenient and makes it easy for me to schedule my treatments with her. You have to put a credit card on file when you book, but that makes sense because too many people aren’t considerate and they no show. The outside of her new spa isn’t too glamorous but the location is super convenient and she’s done an amazing job making the inside feel very comfortable– she has a great waiting room, free coffee, music, everything. I can’t say enough about Valerie– professional, efficient, skilled, and affordable. Highly recommend.

I don’t agree with the review left by Tray. I’ve been to this spa several times and even though the location may not be glamorous, the inside is adorable. Valerie is a great massage therapist! I also have been to several other spas and will continue to go back to Valerie. Perhaps the reason he couldn’t get in sooner than April is because she is so good. After all, there is only one of her. I think that this guy Tray was having a bad day, not Valerie. Some people just can’t be satisfied.

I went to Valerie because I was having major lower back issues and thought a massage therapist would be helpful in pain management. This was my last resort before having to get an MRI. My experience was AMAZING! She was extremely professional and it was obvious she was genuinely concerned about treating my pain. Not only did she give a GREAT massage, but she also performed several stretches and deep pressure point exercises on the problem area. I’ve had massages before, but most therapists just rub you down and send you on your way. Valerie took the time to give special attention to my trouble areas. AND THEN she went above this to give me a list of tips, tricks, exercises, and stretches to perform at home to aid in healing along with a reputable chiropractor’s contact info. Valerie definitely cares about her clients and pays special attention to your needs. Her customer service was the best that I’ve ever encountered from any massage therapist! And btw… my back problems are completely gone thanks to her and her advice! I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great service and excellent treatment!

Valerie was so great! She really knows her craft. She made me feel so welcome! I really enjoyed her and her magic hands! She was able to relieve pains I’ve been having for a while! She is my new go to. I will only refer Valerie to my friends and family from now on.

I received a Groupon for a present. I tried to find this place and later found out it had moved. So I finally get some time and go looking for this place and the door is locked. I am not sure where it moved from but by the look of the new location they might want to move back. A little scary and definitely do not want to be there after dark. So I give it the benefit of the doubt I have and call. No answer but did get a return call from Valerie who seemed nice but a little short with me and told me to go online to make an appointment. I was not sure why she could not do that right then. So I go online and the next time available is more than 2 months out. Now I have been to a few spas and massage therapists and have never had any problem getting an appointment. I was emailed that since others were able to set appointments online before me that this would be the only time which is one day in April that was even available and then the next would be in May. I am not sure how entitled this place thinks it is but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. She made no attempt to satisfy and earlier date except I can get on a waiting list but she said nobody ever drops off and I should probably just go to Groupon and get my money back. I don’t want to say she is not a nice person and maybe she was having a bad day, however if she is trying to grow a business I would not handle it like that. I truly believe the bad customer service I received before hand more than likely saved me from a terrible experience at this hole in the wall I would have had. I highly recommend like I did 3 others already that you find a more reputable place that truly cares. I have actually referred more than 20 people to the Trees spa in Bedford that I normally go to. I thought that since I received a present that I might find a new place to try and have some other options as well. The business I am in relies heavily on reviews and referrals and this business should really think about what you lose and never know about and really try to be more accommodating if they want to grow.

Valerie was great! It’s hard to find the location, as it’s in a strip mall and her signage isn’t up yet (find her under the giant yellow divorce lawyer sign). Once you step inside though, everything is very homey and welcoming. I had a 90 min massage and it was top-​notch! Will definitely go back to see her.
