I use to go to this salon back early last year. I returned today for a pedicure right when they opened. John was friendly and did a good job. 2 ladies said hi and remembered me from a year ago. They asked how I was doing. That made me feel appreciated as a customer. Place is always clean and inviting.

OH MY GOSH. I went to get a duluxe pedicure at this salon and i was so upset when i got home! My guy did not put a top coat over the polish! I had to do it when i got home. Take your business elsewhere.

After seeing the 20% off during the week sign, my friends and I rushed to try out this place. Needless to say, our experience wasn’t the best. My friends and I sat for over an hour before any of us began our services. My friend wanted a mani/​pedi. They filled her bowl of water with cold water and then continued to work on another customer, for over an hour. Furthermore her pedicure was sloppy. I decided to get gel nails, because they are my personal favorite. The technician who did my nails cut my nails way too short and spent 20 minutes pulling at my cuticles and making me bleed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Such nice staff! I was seated quickly and offered some wine. My manicure was done beautifully. I’ll definitely be a return customer. PLUS: M-​Th is 20% off. How can you beat that???

I came in here the other day to get my eye brows done. They were incredibly busy and I thought I would have to wait a while, after standing around for about a minute a man (i’m assuming Tommy, that everyone talks about) came and took me to the back.
He did my eye brows himself, and I must say, he blew me away with how good he did them! Honestly, best experience of my life, and they were so nice. They also did the waxing differently than all the other places i’ve been before; I believe they put the wax on some kind of paper or foam and did it that way… it was perfectly different and I hope to find something like that in New Jersey.
The place is also very clean and seems to be organized. I think the price for the brow was a little expensive at $ 10, but I’d still return next time I’m back home.

I was a dedicated customer at Soak Nails, I would come in every two weeks to get a fill, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The last time I went there, I was a walk-​in customer and Tommy told me that I would need to wait 30 minutes, so I left and came back after that time. Somebody else was there getting a more expensive manicure/​pedicure treatment and they felt the need to put them in front of me and my friend; so we ended up sitting in our cold water for an hour. Tommy felt a little too comfortable with me since I was a regular customer and ended up blaming me for my friend getting upset with the lack of service and walking out. I’m not the dramatic type and have never been spoken to that way by any person in a business before. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Don’t get too close to the staff at Soak Nails because they will turn around and snap at you at any tiny moment of stress.

Just left here after waiting 20 minutes for someone to give me a deluxe pedicure. They put me in to soak & left me waiting with no further communication. The person next to me had 2 techs working on her. And yes, I was a walk-​in but don’t advertise that you accept walk-​ins if you don’t have the staff to accommodate ! Too many other good places here… this was close to my home & thought I would give it a try… DO NOT LIKE THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE & WILL NOT RETURN !

Sub Par… Water was cold. Tech talked on her cell while working on me. No effort put in. The nail place by Central Market in Southlake is so much better. Would rather drive an extra mile or two.

Great service and very clean. They offer coupons online and a punch card. My pedicure was awesome. I’ve never had real fruit rubbed on my legs. Tommy, the manager, did my nails and he wanted to make sure all the staff was fulfilling all the customers needs. I will be back!
