River Brook Pools and Spas came recommended by our pool builder and we couldn’t be happier. The few times over the years when our pool became cloudy or algae growth happened they would correct these issues immediately. With lots of pool and spa activity I know I can count on these guys to give me service with peace of mind! KC/​Southlake

Had these guys for a year and had really good results the first summer. Then during the fall I wanted chemicals only and was told it was the same price as full service cleaning. Then this summer the entire attitude changed. The pool was always green and sandy. After numerous calls they never resolved the issue and seemed indifferent to lose a customer. I would not recommend these guys. After I started doing it myself the pool looks great. I think they were not using the correct amount of chlorine to boost their profits. Totally dishonest.
