After: So as a quick update, we had a perfect experience after moving out of the house. We were contacted that the house looked good, but there were a few things they asked if we wanted to take care of them, we could get our full deposit back. We went back that evening and completed all of the suggested tasks. We communicated with Nonie, who was really great and responded quickly. She got us our deposit back in full just a couple of days after she promised it.

If there were negative stars that’s what they would get. These people are rude, incompetent, and crooks! Constantly had AC issues EVERY summer because of a POS unit and their repair people are brainless twits. There no other reason to explain why the unit kept going out. Was told multiple times its normal for AC not to cool the house below 80 when its over 100 out. Funny as I’m writing this in a new rental with my AC set on 75 and its 75 in my house. These people taking your money is criminal. Now have a friend renting from them and SURPRISE!!! Having issues with the house and these lazy ass, clueless morons, tell them it normal for systems to not work right. Fans coming loose from ceiling and its normal for that to happen. Funny how its not normal in my new house. Pipes leak under sink? Apparently not important to fix. Took 2 days to hear back from them. If you want to sit in a sauna during summer and a freezer in winter then rent from these A-​Holes. If you want a livable rent house then FOR THE LOVE OF GOD USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

My family and I have nothing but great things to say about Fortune Real Property Management. We’ve rented a home from Fortune for the last 15 years and have been extremely satisfied and well taken care of.
The staff have always been extremely fair and very professional as well as kind. We also like being able to pay online.
Anytime we’ve needed repairs, the request was handled in a timely manner. The people that have been sent to our home have been
extremely professional, friendly, and always completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They were always willing to work around our schedule and showed up when they promised. They never entered when we weren’t home and always cleaned up after themselves. When I, as a woman, was home alone, I always felt safe with the repair people.
We were never imposed upon with anyone from Fortune entering without sufficient notice, our privacy was kindly respected.
Overall, my husband and I would most definitely recommend Fortune Real Property Management to help in finding the home that best suits any individual or family. We’ve been extremely blessed by having dealt with, and would and will recommend Fortune Real Property Management to anyone that is in need of a rental property.

The worst management group I have ever rented from and i have rented many places throughout my life! I have taken off work countless times for maintenance issues or inspections that they schedule and they don’t show up. Their idea of fixing things is slapping a band aid on it. Worst experience ever!!! In the future if I find a property that they manage I will walk away without looking back!!! Horrible, horrible… did I mention horrible. I wish you could give negative stars on this web site. They need the option for selecting little hands with the middle finger up for bad experiences!!! This company would have received 5 of those for sure!!!

I rented a property from them and was extremely dissatisfied with them. I highly recommend NOT renting from them. Maintenance issues rarely, if ever, were fixed. Very unprofessional staff.
