My granddaughter loves this place we go every Wednesday when she has her horse riding classes, no where else will do. She always can’t wait to say hi to Ryan the manager, he is just a sweet heart. You love that it just so kid friendly as well as she loves that she can just go up and get her own pizza, I’m always so happy to see how quick the staff is to help her if necessary. Yes I agree it is a older Cicis, since we have been going for 27 years, but I don’t go for the building, I go for the pizza. So where else can you have lunch with desert for that price. Keep up the great work, looking forward to next Wednesday. lol

Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted as no one was at the register. Venturing further into the place a young lady cleaning tables came to the register and stood looking at me, so I decided to wait and see how long before she said anything. Finally she said «have you already paid», I said «no and I would like two buffets and two drinks». She replied with the price at which I paid. Without another word she handed us our cups. Then she walked off. I asked her for trays in which I was ignored. I asked the manager to help us during which I said «I asked her but she ignored me» he replied with «she didn’t hear you». After picking my food I was picking a table during which I saw her wipe a table and then open mouth coughed on it… eww. while sitting and eating I saw her treat other customers the same fashion.

I come for cheap food that my kids actually like. I don’t know why they like it. It’s crappy pizza on the side of a dried out salad bar. They never take your plates while you are dining even if they come to deliver a pizza. Lol, I guess you get what you pay for.

This particular spot is disgusting! It was very messy and dirty no NO tables were cleaned off while we were there so pretty much all were dirty. Very dark and grundgy inside. Pizza not great and not many options. Do not come to this one! My niece and sister in law both ended up getting sick with my niece getting the worst of it. I visited a couple of years ago and it was bad then as well.
Precint line and saginaw are the best!

Place needs more than one person cleaning the dining room. The pizza was typical, nothing special. The food counter needed a lot of attention. Very messy. I won’t be back

I’ve been here on 3 seperate occasions and every single time the place was in shambles. Trash all over the floor and just dirty and grungy… the last time we went to give it one more chance. MISTAKE… it was so nasty in there… the buffet was bare except for 2 pizzas. I also witnessed an employee come out from behind the main buffet line, talking on his cell phone, went over to the buffet island and grabbed a piece of pizza bare handed and walked around the restaurant carrying on a conversation in full cici’s uniform and went back on two seperate occasions to grab more food. I looked around the restaurant and several other patrons were observing the same thing I was. This is all before a cashier even came to the register so we could pay. Us and two other families walked out. Never going here again.

Hate this location! Every time I come back here there’s never enough pizza made. Once a new batch comes out, everyone has already beat me to it. I had to order 3 of my own personal. Cici’s on Beach st across Walmart never disappoints me with service or a fresh full stock buffet. Too bad I moved closer to the rufe snow location. I am not a happy customer!

Came here from our regular CiCi’s cause we had a coupon for this one vs. our regular one. Never again, old building was kind of grungy.
I got begged for money from kids in the lack of an arcade area, with their parent standing right their in hearing distance & the parent didn’t tell the kids to stop asking strangers for money to play video games. My kiddo wanted to give them money but she only had the $ 1 in change that I dug thru my bag for so she would have been giving up her ability to play crappy games for kids begging for money.
Food was ok, not the worst Cici’s I have been too but not the best … and when the cleanest nicest cicis I’ve been too is equal distance from my house from this one … I’ll go to that one instead.

I hadn’t eaten there in years. And with the last visit I remember why I stopped going. The pizza was so-​so. I would have given this place a one star review but I was entertained by the other patrons. All kinds of strange people that day.
