Absolutely horrific. Prostitutes out front, a barefoot drug addict taking a «shower» in the lobby bathroom, shady cars driving around the lot slowly, a room full of drunks with the door open in the very next room. Didn’t even go in. When I asked for my money back because it wasn’t safe, I was denied that courtesy. Was told that the drunks were «just a work crew». They put us in a room around the back of the hotel, the whole thing felt unsafe and like a set up. Stay away at all costs. Total dump.

Hotel has been renovated and they had a great, hot meal… including a Texas shaped waffle! Easy access of and on the hwy.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it has been superb both times. The front desk clerk, Mat, is very friendly and helpful. The rooms appear to be newly remodeled and are very reasonably priced. If you need a room anywhere in this area, I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot!

We booked this last minute through Orbitz and got a decent deal. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by a female manager and a desk clerk named Mat. Mat was FANTASTIC — he recommended a beer store for me.
The room was great — comfortable beds, good shower, flawless wi-​fi and the complimentary breakfast that was really, really good.
Convenient to a mall and every chain restaurant known to man. Downtown Dallas is about 30 minutes and downtown Fort Worth is about 10 – 15 minutes away.

My sons and I were a pleasantly unexpected addition to graduation festivities a couple weeks ago. As such, my DFW relatives had no room to put my children and myself up for the weekend. We lucked into staying at this hotel. It was clean, well-​kept, and quiet. Which was what we all needed after a tiring day that began for us about 4 in the morning. My one beef was that the hot tub wasn’t all that hot. But the breakfast was filling and delicious, the room was wonderful, and the bed was so comfortable! Definitely coming back if we have to have a hotel in the area again!

With a 110 rooms and recently updated interior, it’s a nice a motel that is close to everything. It has a comfy Texas motel feel to this place. With all the larger chain hotels around, this is a gem for this neighborhood. Aside from that, there is a pool and complimentary breakfast with shuttle service.
Overall, it’s okay.
