I’m rather taken back by the 5 star reviews of Pizza Goddess Mobile Brick Oven Catering. We recently attended a function catered by them and can honestly say they weren’t all that. Yes the «mobile» oven is a fun idea but all in all their pizza was mezza mezza and somewhat over done making the crust difficult to eat. Maybe I’m a «pizza snob» but I can say I personally have had better.

What is better then have a huge brick oven pull up in your yard or vent. The presentation of flaming oven is cool. The aroma of the wood, the site of them making fresh pizza. The part is it only take about 4 minutes to cook. Amazing creative selecton of pizza, calzone, wings, bread with dipping sauce, oh and dessert pizza. Nothing like chocolate on a pizza. Great way to end a fun event.
