After being a customer at this establishment for over the past 2 yrs I had started off having my appts with the owner Holly whom was great then i started being shuffled around to new workers i go faithfully every 2 wks getting a fill and a toe polish change or pedicure, sporadically my eye brows waxed I went 2 wks ago not thrilled with the service of a NEWER gal but figured i had been going for so long went back yesterday for a sch fill, pedicure and eyebrow wax it was by far the WORST service i have recieved from her never speaking to me the whole time as she was to busy conversing in her language to her co workers the only thing she did ask was what color i was having to a awful pedicure when i questioned the gal why no lotion was applied to legs and feet i was told «oh yes i did that «well i not crazy NO it never happened so didnt make much of it then went to get eyebrows done was in and out of rm in 4 mins NOTHING sanitized never wiped my brows before or after still pd full amt for services got in my car to find that half of my left eyebrow was missing went back in to show her as she could barley understand me speaking english to her all she kept saying was no i didnt no i didnt .I called today left detailed message for owner with my # and have yet to hear from anyone so they have lost me as a long standing customer and i would NEVER recommend and I also will be calling the board to mmake them aware they are NOT using proper sanitizing procedures… shame on the owner.

Best Mother’s Day present ever. All the girls are so sweet and the wax paraffin treatment is heavenly. Thank you for totally making my day absolutely stellar!

These girls are great!
For a small place, they are extremely flexible and great at getting you in even if it’s short notice.
I LOVE their spa pedicure; the paraffin wax is the perfect touch for all services.
Very sweet girls, good prices and well worth it.
Treat yourself to a mani + pedi, you wont regret it!

EDIT 8÷24÷15: went to Everlasting about 6 weeks ago and the person who did my nails, who had done them before, did a complete hack job. The nail technician next to her, although not in English, was clearly telling my nail tech she wasn’t doing something right. She said «cuticle» several times and was pointing at my nails. My nail tech buffed my nails, then attempted to hack at, y cuticles dry. She wasn’t doing the steps in order and I was beside myself. My nail tech visibly shrugged it off and referenced my nails in her language. My cuticles bled the next day.
My next visit, I was being assigned the same awful technician. The owner’s son was running around with an iPad being obnoxious and unsupervised. Very unprofessional. I asked the owner nicely in a manner no one could hear if I could please have any other nail tech. I said «my cuticles bled last time she did mine. I’m sorry!» I was so embarrassed to have this conversation, but a gel manicure every other week is expensive.
The owner didn’t apologize and made me extremely uncomfortable. She yelled at the other woman in another language. They tersely conversed back and forth while every other nail tech looked on in horror. The woman I complained about gave me dirty looks the entire time and blatantly spoke bad about me to the other nail techs in their language.
This place was classy at first six months ago, but has become another ghetto, classless nail place on that strip in North Reading. Unsupervised children and nails techs loudly talking at each other in another language constantly is exactly what I hate in a nail salon. I now go to a place in Wilmington that is much more comfortable. The owner is a very classy Asian woman who respects her clients, which is what Everlasting lacks. I recommended this place to six people since I’ve been going, and am now slowly converting them to my new place. I’m never going back here.

I went to Everlasting Nails today for the first time and I loved it. I got the signature manicure and their spa pedicure for $ 45 total. The price was so worth it for what I received.
The spa pedicure included paraffin wax, an exfoliate scrub, hot stones, hot towels, the works. Even the $ 25 pedicure includes the hot stones and towels, which were so comforting in our current freezing temps. The manicure included paraffin wax and towels as well. My manicurist was so efficient. My treatments were hours ago and I still feel so relaxed and happy because of this place.
I would highly recommend this salon for a mani/​pedi. It’s so clean and relaxing. The only thing that clashed with the relaxing experience was the fact that the TV was airing Dr Phil and then Judge Judy. Meh. I can get over that for the super low prices and excellent experience otherwise, but some relaxing music or less vapid television would complete the experience.

after my usual nail place was booked i stopped by here on chance. they took me right away and everyone was so nice and friendly (and spoke English which is always a plus) they do hot wax on all their manicures as part of the service and who doesnt love hot wax??? i cant wait to get a hot wax pedicure from them!
prices are reasonable, service is friendly and my nails look fantastic. i may have to cheat on my regular salon with Everlasting nails because trekking it into Melrose when I work in Reading is silly

I’m sorry to say that I got the worst mani and pedi here. It was my first time coming to this place because my usual spot was closed for renovations. So I used Unilocal to find the best rated in the area I was in and it recommended this place. Ambiance was nice, the staff was very friendly… but my manicurist must have been in training because he did an awful job and they still made me pay for it. I feel if you have a newbie in training it should be asked of the customer wouldn’t mind and that it’s for free. That way it entices the customer to say yes and the trainee gets practice. It’s a good thing this paint job was not for a special occasion, because I would have been pissed. Even if they offered someone else to do it over… I was already there for over two hours cause the new guy took so long I didn’t have time to stay longer. I just feel I shouldn’t of had to pay for this and every time is look at my nails… I get pissed.

I really like it here! I recently made an appointment and had to wait about 10 minutes. It wasn’t a big deal but the lady that did my nails was super apologetic about the wait time, which I really appreciated. Also I had a toe with a cracked nail, I was super self conscious about it and had been putting off going to the nail salon because of it. The lady that did my nails was so nice and helpful, she used a nail glue to fix the crack and went about my pedicure. The hot stone massage was a welcome surprise since it was a cold and raw day. Nails came out great and it wasn’t super expensive. I’ll be back!

Love it here! Best pedicure :) They do a great job with nails, I love the chairs, and I even got a 10 min shoulder massage that was fabulous!

My new favorite place ! 1^st time there today due to my usual place I was waiting for ½ hour with no acknowledgement! I asked if they had time for a fill they said yes my wait time 10 min not bad! After my fill decided to get a pedi and they said no problem ! For both it only took a little more than an hour if that! Awesome service and efficiency!!! Will be back.

My favorite nail salon in the area. They are always extremely nice and professional. The place is clean and the pedicures and manicures are wonderful. For an extra $ 10 you can get hot wax on your feet during your pedicure! What a treat! All standard manicures come with the hot wax on your hands. Love this place!

After getting some seriously bad mani’s from my previous nail salon, I was in dire need of a new go-​to place that did a nice job and didn’t overcharge. I asked around to some of my girlfriends and they mentioned this place!
I have gone a handful of times within the last couple months and have never left dissatisfied. They have a decent selected of colors and gels, everything is clean and I’ve never had to wait very long (even when coming in with 3 or more people in a party).
I have started taking my Mom here, who also loves it! This place does reliably good work without breaking the bank.
