Worst dunks ever! Been 2 times now, ordered the same thing both times, 2 hot coffees, black and 2 sandwiches. They got every single part of both orders wrong. This time the sandwich had the wrong meat and no egg or cheese at all. Also asked for 2 hot black coffees very slowly and carefully and got 2 iced coffees with cream or milk. Last time sandwich inside was fine but both were on the wrong bread. Getting them to fix the problem takes 10 min. and they still can’t get bacon well done no matter how you ask them to do it. Never seen a worse dunks!

Unable to get my order correct for the 2x in a week. Employees don’t seem to care & are over whelmed with their job duties. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to Heavenly Donuts!

WORSTDUNKINSEVER!!! Always get my order wrong, rip me off, and give me cold raw sandwiches. The people are nice but do your job right! I’ve given them several chances and they always mess up! They don’t answer the phone either… So unprofessional they should be shut down.

Got to work to find that the order received at the drive through was WRONGAGAIN. The line at the drive through is always long, in fact it used to back up into the street. They consistently get orders wrong(so I was overcharged today) and stuff always seems soggy. I guess that I’ll go a few doors down to get a breakfast sandwich from now on…

The morning staff is great although they could be a lot more liberal with the napkins. I did get a crappy ham sandwich one time but for the most part my orders are filled timely and properly.

I have only been through the drive thru. Which is open 5am-10pm — there are signs everywhere on the property to tell you so — maybe they recently changed the hours of operation? I don’t know… The employees were very nice over the intercom, to clarify/confirm my order. It’s one of the few times recently that I’ve ordered decaf coffee, and they were nice enough to repeat the«decaf» part to me, which is very reassuring. Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was dead! I was in a out in a matter of minutes!
