T-Mobile

I visited this location twice today and both times I met with different people, and they were both very helpful. Usually my experiences with T-​Mobile locations are horrible but these 2 times gave me hope.
This location is convenient for me, and they have a parking lot but it’s shared with other businesses so it’s a little difficult, and it’s off of mineral spring so it’s very busy that’s the only downfall.
This location is very pretty, and has a good amount of display inside for being such a small place. They have around 3 – 4 workers per shift which is great so you don’t wait long.
Anyways Leo was my cashier who helped me he was extremely helpful. And he made quite a few sales from me because of his education and understanding of the products. He was very informative and he was very down to earth and didn’t mind answering all my many questions. He was honest and was very blunt to any question I asked he didn’t just try to sell me stuff. He actually cared about what I wanted and sold me what I wanted versus how other seller sell what they want.
Overall great experience!

Pretty poor experience here. Lots of customers to be seen and only 2 people working led to lots of wasted time and unhappy customers. Try another location.
