Five Star Plumbing and Heating

It turned out my plumbing issue was very simple. Kevin did not charge me, and I am very appreciative.

I hate, hate, hate to downgrade a business, but here’s the story. Kevin installed a stainless sink and repaired a leak in my kitchen. The bill seemed high (actually VERY high), but I trusted him and left it at that.
Fast forward about 6 months and we’re having our kitchen modestly updated. I intended to keep the new sink originally (it was less than 1 year old!), but two different repair guys asked me about it. I had already noticed the rust starting to appear on the surface. They both (separately and without me asking) told me the sink was a piece of crap and one of them told me if I paid more than $ 80 for it, I got hosed. Let’s just say Kevin charged me a LOT more for it.
To be very fair — I should have called Kevin immediately when I noticed problems with the sink. I didn’t. That was my fault and why I’m not giving a lower review. He can’t fix what he doesn’t know about. BUT he did install a poor quality sink and charged me for a premium one.

Don’t hesitate about choosing this company. Kevin was not only a an experienced professional, but he is a really nice guy too. We had a bunch of plumbing work done before putting our house on the market and Kevin did a great job. He got the work done in one day. He explained everything he did and was a pleasure to speak with afterwards. I would hire Kevin again in a second.

Kevin was very nice, professional, and super thorough! He was very helpful and I’d definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
It took a few phone calls before I could reach Kevin and schedule a date for our plumbing inspection, but I’m very pleased with the results.

Great plumbing work and really knows his stuff. Kevin came out on short notice to fix our tub and will be working on a major leak issue we have with our upstairs bathroom. He’s such a nice guy too! Explains everything and showed me potential issues with other plumbing in the house. He is so helpful. Glad to see there are genuine, good, hardworking people out there.
