Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent cars often due to my work and travel needs. I don’t rent from one particular place due to hours, rates, cars being available etc. I always have a great experience at this Enterprise rent a car location. They are personable and always ensure we’re satisfied with our experience! Highly recommended!

great experience. service was prompt and smooth, i probably spent about four minutes in the office and ten minutes being driven to and from by their courteous staff. i’m very pleased that this is my new local branch, and will return often.

We had a reservation booked 2 months ahead of time and had rented from them on 4 previous occasions. Upon arrival after a grueling red eye from oakland to Boston, we were informed that our debit card and out of state licenses were not valid for us to rent a car with regardless of the fact that the same card and license had been accepted 4 times previously. The desk clerk was some half wit north prov greaseball with a shitty attitude who walked away from me in the middle of a question. This unbelievable rudeness prompted me to tell him to &$$?$$& himself and I walked out with my family. We then proceeded to hertz on silver spring where we were treated with courtesy and professionalism in every aspect. It may be that not all enterprises are this horribly unprofessional, but this experience has ensured that we will never rent from this company again ever, anywhere under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs.
