This is a really nice place and the staff were incredibly helpful in providing a large quantity of coffee for our event. They gave me a very decent discount, but I really wished they’d had all of the coffee available at the pickup time, as opposed to having me wait another half hour while they got everything ready. The coffee itself was very delicious and I’m glad they gave me the large container as opposed to 8 – 9 separate box-o-joes.

Coffee is very good, the place was PACKED when we arrived, but the cashier was taking orders and making coffee at break neck speeds. He was on fire… even taking phone orders. I had regular ice coffee and wife had ice espresso. Both made very well… Bacon egg & cheese on croissant was HUGE. I know why this place is busy now!!!

The menu is great no complaints, only come here if you have 20 minutes. It’s not like Dunkin where you are in and out. So I don’t stop here on my way to work in the morning.

Place is «ok.» The sandwiches are all microwaved, but the bagels are fresh. They couldn’t give me nutritional information on their smoothies, and weren’t even willing to give me an ingredient list. If you promote having healthy protein shakes, then you should be ready, or at least willing, to provide some sort of information. I really thought there would be healthier options. Everything just seems to be pastries, sugary drinks, etc. I guess the menu didn’t match the vibe. There are some salads on the menu, so I guess I’ll try that when I’m not logging my food.

This was my first time coming in for a coffee, I’ve been curious to see what it’s all about. Décor and atmosphere is cute, floors were very dirty, which was surprising because they weren’t busy at all and the employees were just standing around. I had to tell the two baristas what I wanted three times because they seemed too occupied talking to friends that were getting coffees. To me it just seems like poor management and they’re in need of adult supervision. I probably will not be going in again.

If you understand what a good cup of coffee tastes like, stay away from this place. Coffee is weak, they can’t even make a decent cappuccino. On a level with dunkin donuts coffee which says it all.

Sorry to say but they have gone downhill in the short time they’ve been open. I have been going there everyday for months, raving about their snicker doodle coffee to everyone. Last two times it has been so weak and neither cinnamon nor hazelnut-y. Also, they use turkey bacon on their breakfast sandwiches??? I don’t mind but seemingly I am paying for bacon. Not turkey

I’m a big fan of bagels. Large chewy toasted ones. My previous place has disappointed me so many times running out at nine am that I decided to give this place a try. Despite the crummy reviews I went in. They have a decent amount of bagels and muffins. Some reviews have complained they don’t make it there. Who cares. Ninety nine percent of what you buy in a store is bought elsewhere. The bagels there are very tasty. They are huge and have lots of seeds and flavors on them. My only complaint is that the cream cheese is kind of lousy. It’s Philadelphia packets and kind of ruins the bagel. Most bagel places I go to have it in a huge tub and wherever they get it from is always good. So besides they they have a lot of different coffee options. You could get one every day for a month without having the same one twice. The prices are reasonable and they have plenty of seating inside. I’ll go back there again for sure and look forward to trying some coffee drinks.

I went here for the first time today and let me say NOTIMPRESSED! The girl that took our order was NOT friendly. The coffee flavors sound delicious but when you actually order them they have no flavor. On a positive note the food is good but not good enough for me to go back. I usually know if I will revisit an establishment on my first visit and I can say I will not be back which is sad because I live so close.

I am never going here again. With no line and no one waiting, it took them over 5 minutes to even say hello. I got blank looks, but no smiles, no acknowledgement, no hello, no «I’ll be with you in a minute,» … so I stood and waited and waited, and just as I was about to walkout(because business is clearly unimportant to the three working behind the counter in an empty coffee shop), finally the dude asked what I would like. This is one of those places with flavored coffee, which are not my forte, so I asked for samples. Every coffee tasted bitter and weak. At this point I wanted to run like hell but felt bad for all the sampling and disliking. I left with a muffin and a Perrier. And then I drove to Dunkin Donuts, settled on below average coffee and considered it a huge step up from Coffee Connection. Run like H-E-double hockey sticks.

I am a regular in here now. They are the best coffee shop in North Providence. the staff is awesome and friendly. Erica is so friendly and pleasant and makes my coffee perfectly every time. I love seeing her in the morning and she’s very attractive as well.

Love the coffee, smoothies and food. However the owner is not friendly and i have heard him berate employees in front of the customers twice. I am turning into a regular customer but if I see poor treatment of employees again I won’t go back.
