Baolong Laundry Mat

I would like to start by saying this Laundry mat is one I will never visit a again. The staff here is extremely rude and unhelpful. They also question everyone who walks through the door as, asking questions about their personal laundry, before allowing them to use any of the machines. From the time I walked through the door, I didn’t feel welcome. Terrible Terrible place of business!

So let’s update my review and say how these people must be dealing with a recession because me and my fiancé always put the same amount of clothes in these things, and after coming here for months they want to complain about we have too much clothes in the dryer when these people have the same amount in the one they’re using. Bull crap they just want more money to be put into the machines I wasn’t born yesterday, and yet I’m staring at the machines they’re doing clothes with and we have the same exact amount as them yet we put too much? Nope I’m done coming here .
And I’m sorry I’m all for everyone living in America but don’t come here and try to talk your language to talk crap, speak English!

Great little place! Little expensive to do the laundry yourself, so I have recently been using their drop off service. Absolutely love the way it comes out! The weight they get is quite accurate. I weighed my laundry before I left the house, and it was the exact same reading they got. (I have been charged for more elsewhere) The family who runs it is very friendly. Price went up to .70 cents a pound. The clothes are ready usually same day if dropped off before 9am, otherwise, its the next day. Laundry is nicely folded to the point that I sometimes, do not even have to iron!
If you do decide to do your own, the place is VERY clean, and machines are very well kept.

This is a great laundromat… kind of a hidden gem. They have convenient drop-​off service for 65 cents per pound, and they do quality work that’s back to you within 12 – 24 hours (depending on how busy they are). The clothes are always very neatly folded into airtight plastic laundry bags, and they smell awesome. I also have pretty sensitive skin so I’ve had problems with other laundromats, but the soaps that they use do not bother me in the slightest.
I’ve also done self-​service laundry here every once in awhile when I need a blanket or something done quickly. The décor is a bit 80’s/tacky but it can totally be forgiven. They have a really cute fish tank with huge goldfish that you can watch. They also have a TV up in the front where they play movies. It’s pretty easy to pass the time.
The family that owns the place are also super sweet and lovely. A few months ago they went on vacation to China, but they let all of their regular customers know, and gave us all discount coupons for drop-​off when they returned. They’re also really good about posting notices about policy or price changes. You can tell that they truly appreciate your business and love their customers.
