Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Substantial
At Five Guys regular sized items are substantial but they do offer little cheeseburgers and little fries to scale things down a bit. For my dinner tonight I had a cheeseburger all the way, a double patty high stack that was a mess by the time I got to the end. A delicious mess. The meat and cheese part was way good and that and all the other toppings inside wanted to slide out the first time I took a bite. The burger is served wrapped in foil, I never seem to remember to keep it in the foil and just fold back a little at a time. I was a fun burger to eat. I skipped the fries, knowing I could not do justice to the amount they would serve.
The burger is a little more expensive than fast food fare, and it was ready a little slower as well. Made to order and it is worth it. If you are super hungry they have peanuts in the shell for snacking while you wait. My order taker seemed nice and the restaurant was clean and spacious. It wasn’t very busy yet I noticed all the employees were always on the go, stocking, cleaning, doing whatever.

My wife & I had lunch today at Five Guys in Northport. This was only the second time we ever had Five Guys burgers. We had been so impressed with our first visit at an Ohio location that we were really looking forward to the meal. I ordrered a double patty bacon burger. My wife a single patty. She was ok with hers. I thought my burger rated up there with some of the WORST hamburgers I ever had in my life. A good burger should be juicy and tasty, even if cooked well done. My burger was bone dry and tasteless, horribly overcooked. I suppose that if you put enough toppings on it, they assume you will never know how bad it was. No wonder the order taker asked me more than once if I wanted cheese. For $ 7.06, what sad excuse for what should be a great burger. The fries, on the other hand, were pretty good. Summing up, it should have been an omen of the quality of the food that the restaurant was less than half full with no waiting line at the noon hour on Friday. NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent burgers and fries. A bit pricey for my taste though. Large fries, a bacon double cheese burger with a large iced tea @ $ 17.00. But good food nonetheless.

Excellent burgers and fries. The weekend crew and crew leader are always friendly and professional. The orders always correct and delicious.

No fancy décor — no sports TVs — just dozens of accolades and awards for Best Burger (and fries)…Friendly staff and family friendly…
I heartily recommend Five Guys for arguably the tastiest burger around!

As I approached the register I got a friendly greeting that made me feel welcomed. And in no time I got my burger and frys. Everything was hot and fresh, there was even steam coming out of the bag from my fresh fries. As I sat there and enjoyed my burger I looks around at all the clean tables and the employee was taking the trash out and picking litter off the floor, this made me feel like everything is the store is clean. I will be back again soon and I’m telling all my friends to come and enjoy the experience I did.

Have never been to a Five Guys before. Went a littler after 8 PM on a Sunday night. The food was great. Service was great. And the best part was that the entire time we were there, the staff was cleaning. I’m sure they were doing their end of day cleaning, but it was so great to see. The whole restaurant was very clean.

Tasty. Like the fries and toppings.
