Pumpkin Ridge Zip Tour

This is a great place to zip line and it was my first time zip lining, i loved it. The staff was very professional and the scenery was choice. Definitely will return next time I’m in Portland…

What a great adventure! Awesome experience to celebrate our son’s 30^th birthday! The Zips are fun, the guides AWESOME (Becca we loved you), the view breathtaking! Scott you were awesome helping me set up the tour and went above and beyond! Thanks for the electronic brochure to insert in my sons birthday card! All the staff were so friendly! Can’t believe Pumpkin Ridge is in Portland’s backyard! A great zip tour for all ages and comfort levels!

Oh man so fun! This is a great place to go if you’ve never gone ZipLining before and you’re looking for a quick thrill not to far off from the city. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
The tour guides are all so great, real people that make jokes, and really get to know you. They take great care of you and their system is great! Unlike some other Zip places here they have a break so they don’t have to catch you and you don’t have to brake yourself. so much safer! You are always clipped into something so there is no fear of falling down. unless you break the rules.
The tour include 7 lines that increase in awesomeness as you go along. If you’re afraid of heights… this is not the place for you! If you aren’t then great! They also have 3 suspension bridges… which I thought was the scariest. Tip: don’t go next to someone that will shake the bridge on you! Though you won’t fall, it’s scary!
The tour lasts 2 – 3 hours depending on the size of your group. At the end, you can look at a few pics that were taken but you can also bring your own camera out during the trip (just bring a zip pouch of some sort so it doesn’t fall out of your pocket!) At the end of your tour, don’t forget to tip them! There is a tip jar or if you didn’t bring cash they can charge your car for you :)

I had such a great time today! The guides were simply flawless.
Although I am not afraid of heights, I am always a little skeptical about equipment and mechanical errors but there was nothing to worry about. Every step of the way I felt safe and secure, and the guides made sure that even though we were there to have fun, safety is always #1

Just one little itty thing that I was a bit about. The road wasn’t paved right where we needed to go and park. It’s really not a big deal, but I figured if they went that far it might as well have been extended down a little further. But no biggie :) still a great place and very organized. Love it!

Ben, Kylie, and Drake were awesome teachers and kept the entire tour fun and interesting! Doesn’t matter how good or bad you are, they got it covered and offer lots of different options for each ride. Very fair affordable pricing with easy parking in my opinion. Would definitely recommend and will go back next time I’m in Portland again.

I wanted a zip lining adventure and was not disappointed with Pumpkin Ridge zip tours out of North Plains OR. The cascading canopies of the trees were a breathtaking view and the guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. They made this experience even better. Thank you Ben, Lilah and Drake for helping a girl out: D

Our day at Pumpkin Ridge Zip Tour was one of the best adventures I’ve ever been on! Our guides were AMAZING!!!
I love that the course starts off simple, short, & low to the ground, but quickly amps up to faster, farther, & higher. Even though the two of us had no fears or qualms, others in our group had some trepidation, but our outstanding guides were calm, patient, & funny.
The ONLY thing I would change are the little «raccoon picnic tables» used to stand on while hooking & unhooking from the cables. They are RIGHT in the way when trying to land/​stop/​stand up & make the landing a bit awkward. Even on the 7^th & final line, I still landed & stood up like a moron having a seizure. ;o)
7 lines, 3 suspension bridges, 2 hours, 1 amazing day!
