I really hate to give one star reviews to small businesses, but something has to change here. First of all, I came to the store three different times on three different days and was unable to consign my items. Their hours are strange and some days are by appointment only. I live in Jupiter so this was rather annoying. Secondly, and most offputting, was how stressed out the owner and her partner seemed. The owner looked at me like she wished I never walked in the door. They’re dressing room was full of stuff so people were not allowed to use it. And for how overburdened they were with items, the selection is small. All three times I went there (within a month) I saw what seemed like the same books, toys, and carriers that were there the last time. I wonder if they have an online store too, possibly. Hopefully they can hire another employee or two and get some storage space, and I would be happy to update my review.

If you are looking for a great children’s consignment store, this is by far the nicest one in the Palm Beach area! Excellent customer service and a very nice, neat and clean store with lots of selection without being packed or crowded with stuff.
Would give more than 5 stars if possible!
