Only a one star bc you can’t give less. This company is a sham. They took the money from the paypal account, never sent me an order confirmation, never responded to the paypal dispute and finally I got someone on the phone and got everything sorted out. Yay?! Nope they cancelled my order the next day without trying to contact me reguarding the order. They won’t replace the order either. Do NOT use this company.

So THIS is where the HQ of my all-time favorite, go-to piercing supply has been hiding! The amount of purchases I make from them kind of masks the fact that they’re so far away from me in Texas. Although they call themselves Professional Piercing Supply, I lovingly and adoringly know them by their website alias, FreshTrends. I’ve been buying from them since I got my first helix piercing last year, and in fact, it’s their wide selection of super cute to super wicked looking earrings that inspire me to go back to the piercing parlor over and over again. Let’s just say, there isn’t enough room on both my ears to fit all the amazing pieces I find on this site. And for the sake of body preservation and all that is natural, maybe it’s better off that way, too. FreshTrends has it all: cartilage earrings, belly button earrings, tragus, industrial, nose rings, gauges, plugs, for your eyebrows, for your tongue, for your nipples, whatever floats your boat. And after you’re done choosing that, there’s tons more categories to divulge in: studs, hoops, barbells, ball & chains, CBs, sterling silver, surgical steel, titanium, even gold. They’ve only recently added bioplast in their inventory, and I am excitedly awaiting my new jet-black bioplast barbell to arrive in the mail. FreshTrends isn’t just about earrings either; they also supply aftercare materials for piercings and tattoos, self-piercing kits, pendents, jewelry, belts, and tees. I’ve only bought from their website, and for the most part, they’ve been good experiences. You CAN use PayPal. They email you once they receive your order and once again when they ship it. You get a tracking number. Customer service does a good job at responding to emails. Everything is legit. There was one incident where the website froze and, although my order was NOT processed, my card was charged. I explained my case to customer service, asked for a refund, they were understanding and nice about it, but then they disappeared for a week. It’s okay. A short, pissed off email from me got the ball rolling again… and they were *still* nice about it.(If Customer Service is reading this, sorry guys!) I doubt you’ll run into problems when buying from their site, but if you do, FreshTrends’ customer service will take care of you. Pricing is also a little higher than I’d like. I bought this gorgeous rose stud once for $ 16. It’s cute, but damn, $ 16? It’s barely as long as my fingernail. Anyway, here’s the link to their website: Find yourself something sick.
