So this was a very disappointing experience. Our waitress forgot us totally at the onset. So it took us 20 minutes to order… thank goodness for good conversation. The worst part about is the food is really good. But the service is sub par to say at best. Our waitress forgot us once again when it came time to pay the bill. I spent ten minutes trying to get someone to ring us up. The other staff either ignored me or just told me to find my waitress. I’m not really sure if this is the formula for a successful business, when you have no regard for taking the order or getting paid.

The ambiance is French but that is about it… the Quiche was 3 days old and Microwaved as the crust was soft not flaky. The salad was fresh and good so I can’t critique that… the Millefuille was at least 3 days old and the cream was mediocre at best. Coffee was average. You all need to take a trip to Paris:)))

I don’t even know where to start. We arrived and promptly greeted. I was excited looking at the menu choices while we waited to be sat. Once seated Karen the server seemed to be in a rush. Looking around I wondered if she was the only server on. I did see other employees but unsure if they were waiting tables or what. We ordered and the table next to us did as well(both 2 tops) along with a couple other tables that came in at the same time with more people in their party. We noticed that they received their food, check, and left before we us. Even the 4 top! No worries we ordered 2 sandwiches(eggs and baguette & smoked salmon croissant) and a dessert crêpe. It may take more time. After finishing my drink. My glass stayed empty but I figured I would wait until breakfast arrived to re-request my water. My guest and I surfed the Internet, admired the deco, and chatted about our plans for the day. It started to feel like our order was possibly lost. When we asked if the food was soon ready she gave multiple reasons why it hadn’t arrived. Karen went on to say that the runner brings the food she busses the tables and seemed to be unconcerned about the time that has passed. After the food arrived we requested napkins and water but she proceeded to bus tables and take orders instead of bringing the water! My friend gave me his orange juice in the meantime to hold me over. NEEDLESSTOSAY I won’t be coming back. I had high hopes but it seems this is a locals spot that allows wait safe like Karen to treat their guests as if they are insignificant if they aren’t regulars.

So disappointed!!! Placed a to go order off their menu for a egg sandwich on a croissant… get home with egg only on a croissant no cheese, no bacon and it was $ 12!!! Such a waste of money! Know your menu!!!

I just love this little spot! Delicious and healthy(if you go the sandwich and salad route)! Sometimes we splurge and share a dessert. They are especially busy on the weekends so be prepared to wait a bit… but it will definitely be worth the way :)

This was a cute little café to stop for lunch after a nice day of kayaking. I came here with two other friends. We were seated at a high top table. I debated between getting a dessert crêpe and a sandwich. I decided on the Champs Elysée crêpe which has nutella, strawberries and bananas with powdered sugar on top. And my friends gave me some of her Bastille(chicken salad sandwich) to try. It was pretty delicious. The prices weren’t too bad either. I would definitely go back to try some other dishes this café has. They also had a bakery and gelato for grab and gos to.

The Nutella crepes Four stars because the service is a hit or miss. Also the macarons are less than average. Love everything else.

Edit* I have been back several times for breakfast since my main review(below) and I have added a star for their delicious breakfast items. I have had the spinach quiche, and the egg soufle. Oj is overpriced at nearly five dollars but it is fresh squeezed and coffee drinks are equally overpriced. Just stick with the food and all will be well. This was my first visit and I have to say that the I had a fine time. My friends and I stopped by after a morning of kayaking sun and fun down the street and we were pretty salty and wet. We were seated at a high top of mixed customers right away and the lunch menu had a lot of selections. There was some debate over dessert or a sand which. I went with The Bastille sand which(chicken salad with walnuts served on a six grain multi.) the sand which comes with a choice of fruit salad, baby mixed green salad or chips. My friends both ordered the Champs Élysées(a crêpe with Nutella, strawberry, and bananas) served with whipped cream, glazed sauces, and powdered sugar. The food came out quickly and it was quite good. I would love to offer four stars but I didn’t really eat anything that was a specialty of the house and my sand which was an easy assembly job of tasty bites. I think I will go back for breakfast sometime or order a slice of quiche and then consider editing and upgrading. To know: quality service, pleasant surroundings, good price point.

Paris In Town Le Café is located on the SE corner of US Highway 1 and PGA Boulevard. Before it became Paris in Town Le Café, it was The Wine Cask. Also, I believe that the owners also operate Paris In Town Le Bistro in Downtown at the Gardens. I know, useless history information for the review. Regardless, we have gone there for breakfast & lunch sporadically over the last say, 15-years, favoring breakfast more than lunch. Likewise, my review is leaning toward rating the breakfast menu more so than their lunch menu. The restaurant features a wide variety of breads and pastries that will get the best of you, if you are not careful! I believe that the croissants are the best that I have ever tasted. No kidding. In fact, most of their menu is very tasty, and a clear notch or two above what you will get at a typical local bakery. The restaurant is small with a few high tops, low tops, and community dining tables. There are a couple of tables set up outside too. The interior décor is similar to what you would see in a café in France with aged tile flooring, and open shelving with wine bottles and pictures of the old country. Very tastefully done. To add to the atmosphere, there always seems to be french speaking people having conversations all around. If there is a «rub,» it is that the staff at the restaurant can be rude at times. Not every visit, but a handful of times, we have experienced a level of curtness that prevents us from wanting to return. Subconsciously, this is probably why we space our visits out such as we do. It is hard to say what exactly provokes this kind of behavior, as it seems to occur at anytime. I try to rationalize it by thinking that they are trying to provide a true Parisian experience. Who knows? Bottom line here is that the food is decent, but I recommend that you get your order to go.

Amazing Cappuccino, made to perfection! Unfortunately the rest was a disappointment. Firstly the staff are snobs! somewhere along the line they forgot that the ‘customer’ who pays has the right to be a snob, not the other way around. Secondly, the portion they give you for the Quiche Lorraine is comical. Are they serious! Thirdly, the breakfast baguette/jam/butter. The baguette itself is delicious, but serving the butter and jam in diner style packets is a joke for a high end café like this(not to mention the high costs)…can you guys not give butter in nice tiny cups, and the jams anything but supermarket style squeeze packets. Nice ambience, great coffee… the rest is rapidly deteriorating… such a shame!

What a great consistent lunch café or for classic and wonderful fresh and delicious French pastry. Lunch specials always reasonable with great choices of hot and cold sandwiches, soups and salads. Quiche is always on menu for lighter fare. Onion soup is a classic and done well as are all soup specials. I come here often for lunch and few complaints in 8 years. I here rave reviews about breakfast here too but not to try as they don’t open till 7:30am and that’s a late breakfast for me usually.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover — this place might look a little shabby on the outside but inside it’s like being transported directly to Paris. It’s not cheap but it is great value — I had a warm goat cheese salad with croutons that was amazing! The best thing is the desserts — i had a chocolate crêpe and my husband had the gelato — both were out of this world!!! Can’t wait to go back.

I wish the food was as authentic as walking into a bistro in Paris. While I’ve been picking up their baked good for years, because I drive by on my way to work each day, I don’t find the menu very exciting, and unless you arrive early at meal time, it can become very crowded inside. I’ll stick with the pastries… and even they can be a bit lacking at times.

Food is ok. Nothing special. It’s a bit pricey for what you get. Owner makes it a point to let you know there’s no free wifi as he doesn’t want you sitting too long. Funny thing, it was empty. Don’t recommend it at all. I overheard 2 women complaining on their way out the door…

Came here for breakfast a few days ago and would recommend anything on the menu. I ordered the spinach & feta baguette with scrambled egg whites. All the ingredients were fresh and even the OJ was freshly squeezed on site. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the coffee and the server was slow but these factors didn’t ruin the experience. The prices are reasonable too. It’s a charming little bistro but it appears out of place being located in a strip mall.

Been here many times. Some days are better than others. Today was not overly impressive. I ordered to go; ham and cheese croissant, a chocolate almond croissant and an iced tea. Positives: I love their tea, it’s the same as at Cheesecake Factory, the«tropical» kind. Yum. Very pleasant lady rang me up, got the order right. Cute ambiance. Not so positives: The croissants were both somewhat rock like. Nothing light or flaky about them at all. These were definitely in the case a while. The cashier asked if I wanted my ham&swiss heated, that was nice… however, it was ice cold on the inside and just barely warm on the outside. The chocolate almond croissant had waaay too much almond paste, completely overpowering. Couldn’t eat it. Parking sucks. Tiny lot shared with the strip mall. There are times I’ve had to pull in and then just keep going bc there were no spots left. That’s frustrating. I’ve had many good experiences here. that’s why I come back, when it’s good, it’s really good. Today not so much though. Better luck next time.
