Zoink’s Fun Factory

Zoink’s is a great place for kids! Very well organized for kids birthday parties! Staff was excellent! The pizza at the end of the party was good and The facility seems to be very clean!

We held my daughter’s fourth birthday party here. Our guests ranged in age from 1.5 years to 7 years, for a total of 12 kids. Everyone had a blast! The facility is clean and offers kids a chance to blow off steam regardless of the weather. Our party host/​facilitator did a great job corralling all the kids and keeping our group organized. We ordered pizza for her party which Zoinks coordinated, the price was reasonable and was brought in piping hot and tasty.
In addition to my daughter’s party, we’ve also gone to the open bounce times. My daughter always has a great time and sleeps amazingly later in the night. Highly recommended!

Went to the open gym today. It was ok… Biggest complaint is there are no balls available to play dodge ball, etc. There were only like 5 balls and some of the kids were playing with those leaving none for the gladiator bounce.
Also in the second room there is this colored light floor with no directions and it was actually completely locked up so only 2 of the 3 attractions in arena 2 were usable.
Staff was not present in the floor at all to address any of these issues.

Don’t waste your hard earned $ 10 on free play. You only get 1 room and that is either 2 or 3 inflatables. As well as the challenge rock wall and laser areas being closed. My kid was really looking forward to going. After 20 minutes he was bored of doing the same thing over and over due to lack of choices. Monkey Joe’s, Hop on In and Jump and Play are much, much better. As for the staff, bored teenagers who barely said 1 word to the kids. Huge disappointment.

Great place just had a party there for my six year old and eighteen of her friends. The service was great and price was reasonable.

We took our 6 year old for a classmate’s birthday party and I was really impressed. The place is clean, we’ll kept and the staff is friendly and do a nice job playing with the kids. I am considering doing our son’s bday party here when the time comes.

I have a birthday party here and have attended few. The space is nice and clean and the staff if very pleasant. The workers will actually «play» and engage the children unlike other places. The birthday room is well lite and they do all the work! You can sit back and enjoy your child’s birthday without running around trying to do everything.
I’ve gone to the free play time and it’s great! They make sure there aren’t too many children. My kids had a blast!
I’ll definitely be back!

Took my five year old daughter here recently for a birthday party for one of her friends.
Staff here was phenomenal. They were well organized, they actually interacted with the kids throughout the party, helping to ensure the kids had fun and stayed safe.
They have two large rooms for the kids to bounce around and play in. The kids got to play in each room for about 40 minutes.
We have not attended open play time. It is limited to 25 kids which is a good thing, but you can’t sign up ahead of time. I’m almost afraid to go with fear of not being able to get in. Tough to show up and have to tell a little one we can’t go in because there are too many kids.

I just took my 3-​year old son for open play. He had a great time. I thought he’d get bored after 80 minutes– but he was still going strong, and would have probably stayed for another 80 minutes.
This place is VERY clean– some kids places are skeevy, but it was immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, since it was our first time, we didn’t know exactly where to go, but they were very helpful.
There are 2 separate rooms, you get 40 minutes in 1 room, and 40 in the next. I really like this idea so kids aren’t overwhelmed with too much at once, and they don’t get bored of the same things. I saw that parents can go upstairs and view from above, my son is a little too shy and young for me to have done this, but I will certainly be taking advantage when he gets more comfortable!
There are vending machines with a wide variety of drinks, and also a water fountain in each of the play rooms. The bathrooms were spotless, bright, and even had a stool for my little one to be able to reach the sink
I have 1 suggestion, that I wish they’d improve upon– with this, it would definitely be a 5-​star review:
I wish you could reserve your spot for ‘open play’ online ahead of time. Give your credit card, so if you «no show» you still have to pay– but this would make life much easier, so parents don’t have to worry about having disappointed kids. There is a 25 kid limit, which is a first come, first serve. We got there 20 minutes early to ensure we would get a spot. Luckily, it was pretty slow– so it wasn’t a problem. But I’m sure on the weekends it’s hectic. Being able to book online, and plan ahead would be lifesaver.

Nice space — clean & well run. Half of the building is for bouncing and perfect for all kids. The other half has a climbing tower, lazer maze, air hockey table, & Wii gaming system. Definitely better suited to the over 7 set, IMHO.
Wish the lazer maze could be changed though — once your kid memorizes it once — not much fun after that. Nice change of pace for a kids party place!
