For New Years Eve, my wife and I had a big party at our house in Fairview Park. We had ordered balloons from Party City earlier that day. Well, through the course of getting everything ready for the party, I completely forgot about the balloons until the store had already closed. Frantically, I called Party City and they volunteered to stay late for me so I could come up to the store and get my balloons. They were more than friendly (late on NYE!) and even helped me get the balloons into my car. What a wonderful experience! Highly recommended; they have my loyalty.

Lots of selection for this store. Very overwhelming looking online for things. People there were very helpful. The only thing was that looking for a plus size Halloween costume was hard because they only had two in stock. You would think that such a big store would have more variation of costume size. A little expensive for my taste though.

Customer service here was horrible. You would think you’d help the customers that are in line to give you money before stocking the shelves. Nothing was priced. I asked for a pin the tail of the donkey game for kids and they couldn’t fine it and then the employee just walked away. The girl that filled my balloons was so rude. She didn’t even tie them right and made it seem like I’m inconvenienceing her by purchasing balloons at a party store. Bad vibe at this place. Stay away.

Big store. Lots of party supplies. The prices are decent. It is almost too much going on for browsing. Go there when you are looking for something specific. Staff helpful and friendly.

A 30-​day return policy on party supplies and costumes is unheard of, but Party City does it.
Just another reason to shop here!
Plus, the new, larger stores are big enough to keep their entire inventory out at all times of the year. This makes me so happy since I throw events every month and sometimes my themes don’t match the time of year.
Oh – and they sell mini heliums tanks for a decent price.
