North Olmsted Collision did a great job on my car after some significant damage was done. They inform you in a timely manner on your car and update you with any information that you need to know before they do anything. A+ service and quality work. Car looks as good as new! Will definitely come back in the future.

My wife and I have bad luck with our vehicles. In the last 2 – 3 years we’ve been rather regularly backed into or rear-​ended at stoplights, had our cars hit while parked on the side of a street, and even had our own mishaps when backing out of our garage.
To that end we’ve come to know North Olmsted Collision Center quite well — and we’ve been glad that they are there every time something has happened.
The staff there has always been professional, courteous, and in my experience they work with any insurance company that’s covered my damages.
Right down the street from several rental car companies, they’ll arrange getting you to and from your temporary vehicle while your car is in the shop, and are happy to provide you updates if you call to check up on «your baby».
All in all a wonderful company to work with, as opposed to some body shops that make you feel like if you don’t speak their language they’d rather not deal with you.
