North Coast Jaw & Implant Center

The receptionists here are INCREDIBLY rude. I have had had bad experiences on three separate occasions.
1) When calling in to schedule an appointment and explaining my schedule constraints, the secretary said, «all I can hear is whining.»
2) I requested that a doctor call me back about concerns, but I never received a call back. This makes consultations difficult, as the receptionists aren’t qualified to answer questions.
3) Nor do they care to listen or express any empathy for patients. They are strictly business, cutting patients off and pressuring them to make decisions immediately («I don’t have time for this»).
Overall, the office is very unfriendly and really makes patients feel uneasy. This alone is enough to make me want to stop going here. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED.
