My favorite store! I find alot of nice things for the entire family and very affordable. i scored it a 3 star because they are really lacking in the customer service aspect workers are unfriendly and just look like they hate the world.

I shop here a lot and typically have a great experience. Today, I was trying to find a hard to find item, and called a few stores to look for it. Most stores were very short with me, but they actually took to time to look for it. Myra was the person on the phone. She was super kind and respectful!

Horrible customer service! The rudest and most unhappy people you will encounter. I almost never find anything cute. Clothes are pretty boring, store could be cleaner, dressing rooms are super small, just not a fan at all. Kids clothes are just as lousy as the adult selection.

My GOD, this store is awful. The customers treat this place like a carnival. Merchandise is everywhere. The shopping experience is terrible. The staff is OK, from my experiences, but the customers are awful. I’m not certain even perfect staff members could keep up with the carnage here.
Not impressed, or returning. I don’t have enough prozac.

Burlington Coat Factory recently had it’s Grand Opening at this new North Olmsted location. I always liked the many other locations i’ve been to, and they have a good selection of discounted brand name and off-​brands for men, women, and children. Lots of ‘big and tall’ sizes too. The place reminds me of a Stein Mart or Marshall’s in many respects, as the layout and merchandise are similar. Clothes, shoes, and home-​goods. I found some nice summer shirts, denim shorts, and sunglasses here, for a fraction of what I would have paid at a large, brand name department store. Great place!
