Our bill total was $ 63. When we got ready to pay we included a certificate for $ 25. The waitress returned and told us we had to spend $ 12 more to use the certificate. She said we had to spend $ 50. We had spent more… She said the total to $ 50 did not include Hh or drinks and that she would have told us if we had shown her the paper before ordering. We reread the certificate and informed her no where did it state exclusions nor to show it prior to ordering. We had planned on returning, but now will not. We paid the whole total and left feeling«taken.»

Appetizers were a hit. Prime rib baguette was delicious and home made potato chips with blue cheese was excellent to have at the bar. House wines were good. Dinner was good, however, the grouper used was not fresh, which impacted the fish texture. The sauce and shrimp accompanying the grouper were better. My wife’s filet was good. I expected better based on the prices charged. Ambience was fantastic. We’ll decorated and nice lighting for a romantic dinner setting I would recommend that the restaurant only use fresh local fish. That was the reason for a 3 versus 5 star. Servers were friendly and accomodating.

Went here because I had a $ 50 certificate. My wife and I ordered the Prime Rib, which was good but not outstanding. The caesar salad was not worth finishing. My sister-in-law had the ground steak, which was not very good. Her soup was good though. The service was very good. The biggest problem we had was that the restaurant would not accept our certificate because we did not purchase $ 100 of food(our total bill with wine and cocktails was $ 115). Believe me, with the $ 115 we spent, we know of better places to go in Myrtle Beach — especially if they do not honor cetificates. We will not return.

Excellent food, pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere inside from this nondescript strip mall spot. Mango salsa topped Tilapia with fresh veggies was the best I’ve ever had. The fried green tomatoes were greasy but interesting(first time I had these). The bartender, Maggie, was excellent and very personable. Live music was an unexpected treat with a small dance floor. Next time I’m going in for the extensive martini list and I think it’ll be the Moundz dessert martini, coconut and chocolate, what’s not to like! Highly recommend this place. Go Tuesday for the $ 14.95 prime rib special.

I think they have changed chefs recently, went for my brothers birthday, 7 people, everyone loved their dish. I had steak and lobster. Steak was perfectly cooked, and lobster was too, it tasted fresh and was not overdone like most tails. My husband’s soup was very good. The del Mar was great. Everyone was happy, service was professional and timely. Overall great place.

This restaurant was a real find! Get the meatballs marinara for an appetizer, one of the best marinara sauces I have ever had. The meatballs were so good I was enticed into ordering the linguini and meatballs. She-crab soup was sublime. Sourdough bread! Crab crusted grouper, seafood newburgh, and crab cakes also excellent. Four berry dessert served warm with a flaky crust! Yum. Quiet and friendly ambience, live music. Will definitely go here again. New favorite place in Myrtle Beach.

Went for dinner with my mother while on vacation. Food was overpriced for the quality, and the atmosphere was quite dark and dingy. Why on earth would you want to seal an entire place off from outside light, I will never understand. Our server, Matt, was pleasant and attentive, though not overbearing. We ordered sheet crab soup and friend green tomatoes as appetizers, and both were delicious! Their crab soup has apparently won awards, and for good reason. I had the lobster crepes, which were subpar. There was a delicious sauce, but only one piece of lobster amongst a plate of ricotta cheese. The mixed vegetables that came with the dish seemed out of place and were quite mushy. I ordered a caprese salad, which was OK, though not very flavorful. My mother ordered a house salad, which wasn’t anything special either. My mother had the seafood pomodoro, minus the muscles. It arrived in a watery, flavorless broth, with three shrimp and five miniature scallops. Certainly not worth the ~$ 23 price tag, and nothing to write home about. My cocktail was decent – a raspberry peach martini of some sort, but it’s sad when that’s the best part of a $ 90 meal…

The neighbors always raved about this restaurant, but we never had the occasion to try it out. Last night we did and we were very pleased. My wife and mother-in-law both had the filet mignon and shrimp special and I had the king’s cut prime rib, which I can say was among the tenderest I have ever tasted. A lovely meal made even more special with the piano music in the background.

Best Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach. Lobster Tail, Shrimp and Grits, Chicken Marsala, Crab Cakes are all fantastic. The owners are always there and visible. Customer service is great. Nice touch with low-key entertainment as well. Highly recommend Martini!

Ate there for my anniversary. Good was overpriced and undercooked. Grouper was very fishy tasting. I noticed a roach in my bathroom stall. I had heard good things, but we were very disappointed. Will not go back.
