Happy Nails

Very good place! Went here with my mom during our vacation and they took us right away. Very nice pedicure and very affordable ($ 25 for standard pedicure). They used a nice scrub and gave a nice leg massage and used the hot towel, which is always one of my most favorite parts. Very relaxing music playing and the staff was very friendly. Bright and clean atmosphere. Wish we lived closer because this place would become my regular pedicure spot. Definitely recommend!

My mom and I went for a walk in pedicure! We left not disappointed. We were seated almost immediately! Trina did my toes and another lady did my mothers. Very friendly and spoke good English! Will definitely come back when we visit Cherry Grove :)

I have been getting gel manicures for 5 years now. My daughter raved about Happy Nails and I decided to try them.
The shop is attractive but that is where the kudos stop. The gel french I received was the worst I have ever gotten.
I felt like the technician was in the Indy 500 and the product they used was of such poor quality that she used her own nail to remove clumps and then proceeded to add a fresher coat on top of the uneven bottom coat. The result was an sloppy appearance made worse by the fact that the excess white polish on the tip that is removed with polish remover and a brush was done by an unsteady hand. The overall result was horrible.
When I commented that the white was so thick that when viewing the nails from the side, It looks like a bulge, she told me that I had to have 2 coats so it would hold and not lift.
Then the clear top coat was also applied in such a way that as the nail grows out it will likely lift at the cuticle and sides. When I again expressed my unhappiness about the overall appearance, she advised I should have complained earlier…
I will never set foot in that shop again and I will do what I can to dissuade any family or friends from ever going there. I am known to praise exceptional service but I am equally vocal when I receive substandard or poor service. The service at Happy Nails was beyond poor. It was HORRIBLE!

Had a girls afternoon and decided at the last minute to get a pedicure. We were seated within 5 minutes. We were all happy with our pedicures. They took extra long with my MIL and rebuilt a missing nail.

Arrived as a walk-​in for a pedicure and was seated in a chair almost immediately. Took about ten minutes to get someone over and started which isn’t too bad. Pedicure was great; the woman doing it was gentle with my toes and gave a great message. Nothing spectacular but definitely worth the $ 25

Loved my pedicure by Trina. She was excellent. They were busy but I still got right in. I asked Trina to do polka dots on my pinky orange polish. She did different sized dots and it turned out adorable. It was clean and efficiently run and I highly recommend Happy Nails. Its easy to find since its in the Walmart shopping center on the right.

Been here a few times, like the pedicures, good polish selection… only complaint is that twice I have asked for a design which is listed on their pricing board was told no, sorry, too busy.

Everything felt rushed. Rude workers. We were not even greeted or spoken to for ten minutes. Pinky toe nail Polish came off within 3 days, gel nail polish on hands started peeling off less than 24 hours. Being on vacation I didn’t have time to go back to fix. So disappointed and unhappy. My mothers gel polish also started peeling within 24 hrs.

They are the best in North Myrtle beach! Love the foot and leg massage!

Well, we heard this was the best nail shop around, and if so, i’ll just be glad i have my better option at home!
We came here while on vacation, midweek, with a party of 3 adults, looking for mani/​pedi. Folks were nice enough but not overly friendly.
Asked for flowers on my pedicure, which was ignored. I wanted a gel manicure, and waited forever since they only have 2 gel dryers. Application was shoddy-​i will have to get them redone at home.
2 hours for 3 ladies. Won’t be back.

They are expensive even by LA standards. $ 35 for a mani-​pedi spa is a lot, but they do a really good job. The staff is very friendly and they are the people’s choice best of the beach for I think 5 years running. I can see why.
I’ve been here twice, both times for mani-​pedi and eyebrow waxing. The waxing is always great, they shape my brows soooo nicely and I can’t seem to find a place in LA that does the same. I need to keep looking!
This time my skin got a bit irritated from the waxing, but that could have something to do with my allergies, not them!
