I love this place they have great favors like pistachio yum. I don’t like it when they don’t have mochi but it’s really hard to drive by without stopping!

I wish I could give this place more stars. They are located right next to me and are conveniently right next to my gym so whenever I feel like making bad decisions, this is the spot to do so. One Night, they were closed so I drove a mile out to YogurtLand on 135th. The toppings along with their soft serves were smoother, creamier and demonstrated loads of more variety. This place has basically one spoon for all the toppings which are similar in nature. Basically, if you’re not a boba fan then 50% of your available toppings are not meant for you. Mind you, I’m a boba fan but I know others are not(boyfriend). I wish their flavors would change more frequently and offer perhaps a seasonal flare on what they served. The location is great now all they need is a little shimi shake in the right direction to really capitalize on the froyofolyf movement.

Skip it. The ice cream is not creamy, but icy. I used to go to yogenfruz in the Dominican all of the time and it’s not even kind of the same.

I usually go to Yogurtland a few blocks up from here, but decided to give this place a try. That will be the last time I go to Yogenfrüz. The frozen yogurt tastes watered-down and there are not as many toppings. Come on, no cookie dough?! The service was horrible. I asked the woman at the counter for sample cups and at first she said, «okay.» Then, she looked at me again and rudely said, «I will pour the samples for you.» She did not take the time to explain why and naturally I felt like something was wrong with me. In customer service, you should never allow the customer to feel uncomfortable or in the wrong. After being able to try the samples, the woman had the nerve to just wait around and keep an eye on me(until another customer arrived). Based mostly on the service, I will not be bringing my business here again. I will stick with Yogurtland.

I LOVE this area ! this is why im writing the review. I wish I could live so close to the bal harbor shops and near to Aventura it’s a cute little frozen yogurt shop. In the same plaza as the L. A fitness. I really liked that they had the GUAVA clearly it’s Miami Lmao! I never find it elsewhere. The young lady at the counter gave me 2 test cups and we ended up having a 20 minute conversation about weight loss! I had just left the dermatologist off next door to get info because they provide many services but I didn’t like their credentials so after being disappointed I went to have some frozen yogurt. In response to the negative reviews Idk, I have a warm personality I’m rarely treated poorly wherever I go unless the person has internal issues lmao!

Meh. Just your average self serve frozen yogurt joint. Décor is plain, and toppings are average. If what you’re after is a bowl of froyo with your own toppings, go for it! You will most likely walk away satisfied. If you are after the«not your average yogurt joint» this ain’t the place.

The flavors are all very similar and taste just like cold sugar. The consistency is more icy than creamy. The service is friendly. The price is decent at $ 0.39 per oz it’s cheaper than yogurtland, menchies and tutti frutti. A convenient go to place when you have a craving but no place to go out of your way for!

I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such rude customer«service» in my entire life at ANY restaurant. I actually used to work at this location when it originally opened, and previously worked at another store. I hadn’t visited in a while and decided to come by. Upon entering, my mother and I were not greeted by either of the two male workers behind the counter. After waiting patiently for 3 minutes without being tended to(even though I was the only person standing directly in front of them and obviously in need of help), I politely requested a sample cup, which was practically THROWN at me. The worker at the register showed no slight care for ensuring a paying customer’s happiness, only interested in getting the transaction over with. He faintly uttering my total cost, took my money, tossed me my receipt, and immediately walked away without a word. I purposely and sarcastically said, «Have a nice day,» to which he said over his shoulder and slightly annoyed, «Yeah, you too.» In a business where competition is literally on every corner, excellent customer service is key in standing out and getting customers to return. I know I will NEVER return to this Yogen Fruz location again after today’s experience, especially knowing firsthand how to treat a customer. «It’s all about Ü» clearly should NOT be their slogan.

Hands down the BEST frozen yogurt ever! My daughter and I can’t miss an opportunity to come here when we see one. They have changed since my first visit years ago at the downtown Miami location. They now also offer the machines with various flavors. Then they have cut fresh fruit for toppings along with all kinds of sweet toppings. Some include marshmallows. Peanut butter, ghiardelli chocolate, caramel, coconut flakes oh my! You order or self serve yourself then add whatever toppings and for a mere $ 5 it is awesome. My favorite is their green tea. No other place can make it like them. It’s smooth creamy and the green tea flavor is incredible. I add blueberries and its delicious. They also have a self serving candy section as well. Very cute for the kiddies. Service is very friendly and good. Yummy!

Well this location first opened, it was clean, staff was friendly and there were lots of choices. Fast forward a year or so later, at 11am, opening time, the front rug was so dirty, I paused. The bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper, no soap, no hand towels and the blow dryer was broken. I went to eat at the tables, dirty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. The woman at the cash register was so unpleasant and couldn’t care less when I told her about the bathroom. She talked on her cell phone while she rung me up. And I have pictures to show the uncleanliness. No longer a fan!

I discovered this place after eating at Giraffas and wandering around the strip mall. It appears that serve yourself frozen yogurt and toppings is an old trend, but it is new to me. The young employee was a great salesperson and immediately offered samples when we walked in the door. I tried the acai and tart yogurt flavors, and opted for the tart because acai tasted more like a standard flavor that could be found at Publix. I added mochi, liquid filled fruit balls that looked like salmon roe(I know this does not sound appetizing ATALL, but it was), and fresh strawberries and blackberries. Price was only $ 3 something. Very tasty, and although I did not take the time to find out the nutrition facts, I convinced myself this is a healthy treat. Yay to finding out about a fad years after it began!

Run of the mill frozen yogurt place, with roots in Brazil. Their claim to fame is the«mixes», they are pretty good and they make them on the spot.
