Walgreens

It is supposed open at 7 AM and it never opens on time. I get there at 7:02 and the doors are closed. 7:05…closed. Shouldn’t managers get there early? They also never have my online print order ready on time. The printer is always jammed.

Horrible. This review is for the Managing Pharmacist. This is a mean, no-​customer service having, prejudice woman who spoke down to me when I had a question about my medication. She was SO rude that I took my Rx back and brought it elsewhere. I was trying to ask about generic vs name brand. I was confused so I asked «are you sure that’s the price for the generic?» The woman turned her eye brows so pointed up at me and didn’t even answer my question. I said give me my Rx back. This place wanted $ 125 for a generic and $ 369 for brand name. I brought the same Rx to Target and filled the same Rx for $ 50 and with a nice, kind pharmacist who was willing to discuss my options with me. Sometimes health choices are difficult or stressful, and this Walgreens pharmacist should really be educated in how to deal with customers. I was asking basic questions and was treated like a piece of crap. Black lady pharmacist — I don’t care how much you rock your head back n forth and point your eye brows at me & answer my question with a wise ass question of your own — you don’t intimidate me. I’ll just take my business elsewhere. You might have upset me the other day, but at least I don’t have to live my life in the back of a walgreens.

Never had an issue at any drug store besides some people being super slow at checkout or having one register open with a line of twenty five people. Today was a new issue! The lady wanted to use her coupon so bad and the cashier knowing their was several people waiting took the sweet time to help the lady figure out why the coupon wasn’t valid, after 4 minutes of that process and yes I timed it as I check in Unilocal locations daily, basically said she couldn’t do anything about it and finished the transaction. Have consideration for others by using timely manner at checkout so your line doesn’t build up! Yet again anyone working a register with a heavy accent at a Walgreens probably has that job for certain reasons. Drug store employees are not what they used to be and no I will never be back to this location. I prefer driving 2.3 miles to cvs instead as they seem to have a better employment system

This walgreens is always empty, I love it!
