Great place to eat. Great deals for everyone. The only reason they don’t got 5 stars because the waiting in line. There’s no reservations like in past. You got to get here early or you been waiting forever especially on weekends.

It’s Red Lobster. I doubt my one star review will dissuade you from wanting to go if you’re hankering for some cheddar bay biscuits. We went on a Friday night at about 10pm and there was a 45 minute wait. It ended up being about 20 minutes. That’s a plus. We got to eat Cheddar Bay Biscuits; that’s another plus. The superlatives end there. Once we were seated, our server was not very good. It wasn’t her fault, or maybe it was, who knows, but I felt like this was not very well organized. So when I see that a place is busy and the employees are not really bs’ing, I immediately blame management for providing clear leadership. There was a couple who was seated accross from us and they were there before we got there. I didn’t realize it, but our server took our order and brought out our food before she even acknowledged them for drinks. My girlfriends lobster bisque was warm(which is not good for bisque) and my clam chowder was passable. The biscuits were what they were, but the server brought them out with the soup all in one shot as opposed to bringing out the biscuits first so that we could occupy ourselves instead of looking at all the servers running around with no guidance. We decided to bypass the dessert because honestly they were taking entirely too long. Even to get the bill was longer than it could’ve taken. The server was overwhelemed. My advice to Red Lobster is to either dedicate more resources to serving your customers or provide better traning to your manager so they could lead better on a satruday night. Come here only is you want to be waiting for everything. Service here is not good at all.

Omg this place is absolutely disgusting. We just had to walk out after ordering while I was having a salad a cockroach crawled next to my plate and made me jump. I killed it and left the place. Asap

I came in and ordered take out. It’s been 30 minutes so far I have been waiting and they tell me they do not have any bacon for the chicken club, you think they would have known that when or shortly after I ordered. They are basically forcing me to take it now because they are sayin it’s already made and aren’t giving me any option to not purchase it. I come here for the biscuits buy I’ll never buy food here again such a waste of time

Service was pretty good wise although the hostess who seated us had a really bad attitude. Food was pretty good, it came out hot and overall we enjoyed our experience.

Consistently good food and exceptional service with decent specials. I have never actually had a problem at this Red Lobster neither with its food nor service. You sometimes need to wait to be seated, but not very long at all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will continue to return.

Me «excuse me Mr. Bartender, may I please have some lemon wedges?»(Our lovely server forgot to bring them) He «sure», then he put down the cleaning equipment he was using, plunged his hand into the bucket of pre cut lemons to dig out a few. Me «Better to do it hands free sir.» Then I pointed to the tongs next to him on the counter. Also, the booth we sat in smelled like a litter box. Mmmmmm, the best part was the fact that my lobster“bisque” tasted like liquid Mac n cheese which brought back fond childhood memories. Next time I’ll get ketchup with the bisque.

This is not my 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time here… I’ve been eating here for at least 2 years and felt I should definitely write a review. This location is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve never had to wait long either. Endless shrimp is back and the family had to go. I am not a big fan of stuffing myself full of shrimp, but I did find something amazing on the menu! They have a new Crispy Shrimp Lettuce Wraps dish, in a ginger soy sauce. They had me at lettuce and ginger! This was delicious and filling, yet felt very light(despite the crispy shrimp and all the breading). I would definitely try this dish, it was so0o0o good! If I could change anything, I would want more lol. Also, who could resist their cheddar bay biscuits!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! *sorry, no pictures this time… we were too hungry to wait for a photo shoot *

Wouldn’t have came in if it wasn’t for the gift card I got from a coworker, never been to one and now I know why. As you walk in the smell of dirty rag hits you harder than lost looks of the employees. Hostess stand is more confused than everyone waiting for their tables. As I got escorted to my table I couldn’t help but look at the dirty floors, orange peels, napkins and food… Ended up walking out and I’m still looking for someone to give the gift card to since whenever I ask those close to me they question how I even got a hold of one. Can’t say I’m disappointed since I knew not to expect much

Pretty bad service. The waiter was nice but was not attentive nor prompt. The food was mediocre. I ignored the low rating because it’s a chain restaurant so I figured the food would not differ from other Red Lobsters. As I write this, the hostess is arguing to whoever is on the other end of her earpiece about her customers being a priority and something about«$ 15 an hour». Overall, the staff are friendly but the quality of the food and the dining experience are subpar.

Is it just me, or does everything at Red Lobster taste like freezer burn? Went there last night for dinner to eat crab legs, so not worth the $ 20.00. Was very disappointed! My boyfriend got the New Orleans Salmon with crab cakes, he said it was not good either. Just moved here from Atlanta, where are to great seafood restaurants??? I miss Papadauex!!!

This Red Lobster is in a convenient location, and is a good place for a relaxing meal with a friend or small group. My friend and I each ordered the Four Course Feast, and I mean, who DOESN’T want that much food? For $ 17.99, you get your choice of salad, soup, entrée, and dessert. Also, their current promotion says that if two people order an entrée, you get a free appetizer. So between two orders of the addicting cheesy biscuits, lobster pizza to share, NE Clam Chowder, Caesar Salad, and two seafood pastas, we were pretty full. We had leftovers for the next day, and the Shrimp and Scallops with alfredo reheated well. I only wish we had asked for some cheesy biscuits to go, so we could have them for breakfast! This is a really good deal considering the portion sizes, price, and quality. I will say that the service isn’t great here, and its often hard to get refills on your drinks, but we were more focused on our food.

Love seafood and this location for a chain is so good. Close to it all, we had a great meal with super friendly server. Great appetizer and meal was nice.

Food was mediocre at best, service was one of the worst I have ever had. My server didn’t bring sharing plates, when I asked for took a while to get it, i had to ask for the lobster cracker. I order mixed green salad and revived Cesar salad. Last time I will waist my money in this place

Sometimes I enjoy eating at this Red Lobster, sometimes I don’t. Lately, my visits have been more in the I don’t column. My mom wanted to have supper at Red Lobster a few days ago. Mom, Clyde, and I got there at about 6 pm. The service wasn’t very good. The servers were friendly, but slow. We had three different servers and I’m not sure who was assigned to our table. We had to ask for refills of sodas and water. It took a long time for our food to come, and when we got it the food was warm, but not hot. I had the $ 16.99 four course feast. I ordered the New England clam chowder. It was good. It should have been served hotter. Next came the salad. The salad was large and fresh, but my blue cheese dressing was thin and didn’t have much blue cheese. My entrée was coconut shrimp and pineapple shrimp. The dish came with rice and broccoli. The broccoli was missing and I didn’t get it until I was almost done with the other food. The four coconut shrimp were good, the pineapple shrimp didn’t have any flavor. For dessert I had caramel cheesecake. It was delicious, but the serving was very small. Mom had the shrimp and scallop Alfredo. She didn’t like it. The dish had small pieces of chopped up shrimp and scallops. It was served lukewarm so she sent it back to be heated. It took almost a half hour before the dish came back. By that time she had lost her appetite. She only ate a few bites of the dish. She asked for the manager. He said it took so long because the dish had been prepared again. If she had known it would take so long she would have eaten it cold. The manager took the charges for her dinner off the bill. Mom had the triple chocolate brownie a la mode for dessert. I tasted it and it was delicious Clyde ordered the stuffed flounder. He said he didn’t like it and wouldn’t order it again. He didn’t like the taste of the stuffing. The best part of the meal was their bread, which is always good. We were there for over two and a half hours. That was a long time for a meal that wasn’t very good.

I don’t come here often but I do love seafood. My sister and I came here for dinner on a Tuesday night and there was a 10 minute wait!!! I found that odd but half the restaurant was closed off. We were sat and our waiter greeted us and got our drinks and appetizer order after about. 10 minute wait. We ordered the stuffed crab mushrooms and clam strips. What a disappointment that was. Mushrooms were not tasty and the strips were a small size. As our entrée I got the rock tail lobster with red skin potatoes and an addition of a pound of crab legs. My lobster was over cooked and chewy. The legs were good the potatoes were horrible. My sister got the shrimp pasta which was al dente with a bit of flavor. The biscuits are fire I love them. At the end we had to wait 20 minutes for our bill, blah!

I have not been to this chain i n a very long time. Came here sat at the bar, ordered two appetizers and some cocktails. The happy hour menu is from 3−6pm and it is not that great of a happy hour. When we arrived there was one bartender working and I never saw another staff member. Granted it was early 5pm. The poor bartender had five tables in front of the bar he was waiting on and the few of us sitting at the bar. He finally came and took our order. We ordered calamari which was on the happy hour menu for $ 6 and we also ordered the lobster mushrooms along with a strawberry margarita and a raspberry margarita. The Margarita’s were good. The bartender brought us out some cheddar biscuits, oh my these things are delicious. Our two apps came out. The calamari were just OK way to much broccoli on the plate and onions. Would never order this again. The lobster mushrooms were edible slightly fishy, not sure I would even order this again. I did ask the bartender for some water that he never got as I am sure he simply forgot he was so busy. 1.Obviously they need more help at this location. 2. Every single one of these chains need to replace the carpet. When I walked in I remembered the humid, moldy carpet smell that really bothers me.(Same issue at every location) IMO, NO restaurants should ever have carpet in them, I think it is disgusting. No way you can keep it clean with the traffic flow and food and drink spills. Amazing cheddar biscuits, now that I give them 5 stars, LOL
