Do not use this dry cleaner. Very rude and condescending. Not only rude and nasty in person, also on phone. I called to inquire about pricing for dress shirts, and the reply was«a few bucks». When asking for further details I was told they are reasonable and he then hung up the phone. Return calls were simply pickled up and hung up on. No need for such horrible service in a guest service oriented environment, especially when there are so many other dry cleaners so close by. Wish there was a 0 star rating…

Pésimo lugar para dejar tu ropa. No lo recomiendo para nada. Tuve una pésima experiencia y encima Me discriminaron por no saber bien ingles. Una estrella es mucho para tan pobre lugar!

So honestly Ricky has a very abrasive sense of humor and sarcasm but being from up north I kind of «get it». Anyway I have been here several times for all different services, dry cleaning, a new hem line, etc. a few months ago I had brought 4 – 5 articles o clothing to be dry cleaned that I had completely forgotten about. When I came in with a new article of clothing that needed hemming, Ricky sarcastically asked me if I was going to pay for the things I had. I had lost weight over and the past few months and knew those things weren’t going to fit which I explained. He said he could sell them and make money so I agreed. Jokingly, as he always is, I asked for a cut of the profit and of course he responded some bring along the lines of «no way in hell». I laughed, he sort of laughed and that was that. I went in today and had a Guaybera that had turned a little yellow from the humidity I’m guessing. I wales in and we was eating grapes from behind a small stand and didn’t walk the the counter. Make a long story short, I asked if they could take the yellow out and dry clean and he said no with a remark like, «why would I do that so you can not come pick it up», then said he doesn’t want my business and to have a great day. At first I thought he was joking but then when I realized he was being serious, I was appalled. I had given him business quite a few times before but I suppose the ordeal with the clothes he sold that I didn’t take left a salty taste in his mouth. Besides the point, I stated you shouldn’t treat any customer like that and he complete ignored me. Obviously I will never be back and Ricky, if you reading this, something’s got to give my friend. You only live one life, be kind to people and forgive. Life is too short to be salty to people. I went to Lady Liberty dry cleaner down the street instead. It’s my first time so we will see how it goes. Good luck Ricky! You might need it!!!

If I could give it anything less than one star, I would. The other day, I went with my mother to take an item that need it to be dry cleaned and what a horrible experience we had! The owner who came up to the counter was extremely rude and hostile to my mother from the start. I don’t know if he is always like that or he was having a bad day. The result of his bad customer service is that neither one of us will ever go there again, and my husband who once in a while took his shirts there to be dry cleaned will not be going there again either. That day we walked out of there horrified, and drove a little and found a dry cleaner where both the attitude and the service is good.

NPS = 8 Ricky, the owner, is a really cool guy. He runs a really clean shop and is always attentive. Also very good at letting me know when dry cleaning would be available in case he is going on vacation. This place is also conveniently located in a shopping center with a coffee shop to the left, and a Navarro’s and other food spots to the right.

I was excited to come in with my husbands shirts that just needed to be washed and pressed — they were not fancy shirts, just from EXPRESS and Old Navy. It was great when they said it was $ 2 a shirt. They even looked over the shirts, so I assumed no problem. 11 shirts at $ 2 — I should pay $ 22. A week later(a long turn around, I thought but ignored that due to the awesome $ 2 price) I came in and they said $ 35. I almost had a stroke. That was almost double the price per shirt. I was shocked and I asked why. «They are hand pressed». I said they are basic wash and dry shirts. I explained I am a teacher on a lower salary, my husband is a student at JWU and I cannot afford this price, the guys response was«what as a teacher you don’t have time to iron your shirts?» I am done. He did me a «favor» reducing the cost to $ 25 and I honestly paid it just to get out of there fast. I will never be back and will definitely let my husband’s classmates know this is NOT the place to get their uniforms washed and ironed. Now back to the drawing board to find an affordable and well liked dry cleaners.

Rick, the owner, is always a delight. Very friendly and helpful. He has been in business a long time and I have never been dissatisfied. I wouldn’t trust by clothes to anyone else.
