I peeked inside, there were only two people. empty and nothing spectacular. The women who greeted me at the door after I buzzed looked like she was disgusted or shocked. I think she expected me to wear a business suit or something. Mind you, its my day off, its raining and Ive been doing errands all day. I just moved to Bal Harbor and saw this nail salon several occasions driving to the toll.
Anyway, I just cant believe people still treat people this same way. She started to name me prices; which I never asked for. I’m beginning to think this place might be used for Money Laundering. Twice I passed by and its closed and this time its open and super dead. I guess they have enough money and customers to satisfy them.
