For Christmas and then Valentine’s I received two awesome fishing experiences from my boyfriend. Fishing with Captain Dave was successful! He got me on my first tarpon, kingfish, and sailfish. –simply amazing!

I have fished with a multitude of captains throughout South Florida and Captain Dave is by far my favorite because he works so hard to make sure his clients catch fish and have a good time. He not only is knowledgeable about how to catch game fish but is willing to convey his knowledge to you about techniques, tackle, bait and general information about the local waters and fishery in Miami. Captain Dave is extremely proficient at a variety of styles and types of fishing (i.e.live bait fishing and kite fishing for sailfish, kingfish, mahi etc…), night tarpon fishing or bottom fishing on wrecks and so we always have the flexibility to choose what type of fishing we’d like to do depending on the season and what bite is strong at the time. In addition to being an extremely professional and knowledgeable captain, he is fun to fish with and makes sure that his clients, young and old, can make the most of their time out on the water. My son is 7 years old and Capt Dave always takes special care to introduce him to wonders of the sea in an age appropriate manner.
