Joes Septic has been servicing my home for over 10 years now. I don’t believe the reviews that are being posted about this company. I truly fee that competitors are trying to sabotage the good reputation that Mr. Danny Miller has earned. The best thing I can say about Mr. Danny Miller is that I can honestly recommend this company, especially after using 4 different septic companies before in the past. Joe’s Septic, arrives on time, calls in advance and gets the job done. They actually cleared a root from the main line to the septic tank. They pumped and cleaned the tank twice. He also has one of the most affordable services I’ve ever had. I trust Joe’s period.

If I could give Danny and his company Joe’s Septic a negative star, I would. He made our drain field too small and when we later added in a bathroom, the drain field size was not sufficient for a second bathroom even though he was made aware that this was the reason for the new drain field. We had another company come in to add length to the drain pipes and when they dug up the yard– we found to our bewilderment that the pipes they had laid were REMOVED after the city inspected and approved the field. Yes, we had no drain field– just a tank draining into the yard. Our phone calls were never returned. Had we not had to add length to the pipes, we would never have known that we were swindled and victims of theft. An awful experience.

Rule of thumb. When you know absolutely nothing about something — it’s generally not a good thing. Which is why when I decided to be proactive about cleaning our septic tank, even though I shopped around — it wasn’t enough. Now let’s face the facts. Most of us like to pretend our crap disappears somewhere magically when we flush. Well, it doesn’t. So Mr. Joe’s Septic Tank Service was called. He said he could be there within the hour. Whoa Nelly. Impressive. I literally clicked my ruby red slippers together a few times just to make sure I hadn’t warped out of Miami. Star #1. That’s where it ends though. I’m not going to give you a lecture on what all went down after that, because the mechanics of it are long and gruesome. But what I can tell you is that the guy tried to get me to sign IMMEDIATELY a paper stating that I was willing to pay and extra $ 1200 for some random and URGENT work. Then he got a bit aggressive with me once I said I needed to get a second opinion. Then after all that the guy totally — almost — left me with a huge hole in my front yard. He got all cocky and said — «well, you got a guy coming later to inspect it, aren’t you?» I told him that I didn’t care and that he needed to put my yard back into it’s original condition. So he did. Sorry Joe.
