Visited family for the Thanksgiving weekend and popped in to Vigor Me for a quick break and to recharge. First off, the place is gorgeous, and incredibly tranquil; their photos do not do it justice. Luxuriated in a visit to their salt room with my other half. He was quickly nodding in and out if that gives you any idea of how relaxing it is. I’m always looking for new and novel spa/​wellness treatments, and this fit the bill perfectly. I look forward to visiting Vigor Me on my next trip & highly recommend them to help you unwind.

I love it here. Perfect place to relax, unwind and recenter. The salt rooms are by far my favorite. Harmonial therapy is both relaxing and revitalizing. And the Beemer takes pains away while allowing oxygen to deeply penetrate the blood cells.
Very clean and very inviting center. Staff is wonderful and location is spot on.

What a wonderful relaxing place to come to! The energy in this place is so calming. This was my second salt room session, and can’t wait to come again! I always feel better leaving this place than coming in.

I have gotten more out of 5 Harmonial sessions than a year of therapy. It just makes me feel happy besides more relaxed. I have low back issues and the Bemer relieved my pain in 20 minutes. I love the salt room for my breathing I noticed on my walks I am going further and not getting out of breath. Just being in the beautiful emaculate center is wonderful. I’m a believer!

I have just completed my third salt room session, my breathing has so greatly improved (and I thought it was okay before these sessions). I feel like I am entering
a soft fluffy room… walking on salt… relaxing in an amazing lounge chair. Think this is
as close to heaven as I will get while still breathing…
