If you are looking for the absolutely worst experience you can possibly have when moving GO TO UHAUL FOR YOUR RENTAL. I made a reservation for a trailer when I got to the location they told me they did not have it and sent me to a different location when I got there they told me they did not have the trailer and sent me to a different location when I got there they gave me the trailer and I took off when I got to my destination I found out the trailer was locked and I had not been provided with a key so I had to go to another location to have them cut the lock. Then when I called to get them to honor there guarantee of good customer service they pulled out the fine print and said I did not qualify. THE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE WITH THIS COMPANY. Avoid at all cost using Uhaul if you have an alternative!

Customer service is pleasant but sloooooowwww…
Getting a hitch installed. They said one hour. Ughhhh. Of course it took 30 minutes just to get rung up! And there is no where to wait. No chairs, couch, nothing. I made a seat out of boxes. Not very comfortable.
Must say that the cashier said herself that they need a waiting area.

When you reserve a truck the day before you expect to come in and get what you need within few minutes. It took me 30 minutes to get my car. When I was dropping off my truck a uhaul emploee asked me to help him to check the tail lights. I would not mind helping but not after a day of moving and in the 90 degree weather.

Ok seriously the 5 stars for my bathroom experience only. They have the most unexpectedly clean and nicely tiled with a burning scented candle bathroom I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. I didn’t feel like at any moment a trucker will break in and catch me with my pants down squatting over the seat. Fhew. Hooray for clean bathrooms!!!
Um the service… yeah kinda junky. If you have to use this U-​Haul and deal with their poor customer service, just head to the bathroom and it will make it all worth your while.

I’ve never had such poor service here in my life. Service was inadequate and staff was lazy without any initiative. There is a clear oversight in the business’ operations. If you want a smooth move, don’t go here because they will cause you nothing but a headache. It was problem after problem and all the problems were not solved immediately, but with a 20-​minute wait to be even addressed or acknowledged. Never again.
