Working away from a corporate location is difficult, especially when you work for a manufacturer. I am often left with heavy boxes, odds and ends and run around with limited time trying to get shipments executed smoothly.
In this location, I had an easy experience of something that could’ve been mayhem. Stumbling with heavy duty equipment that was clunky, not boxed, and awkward I showed up to the location harried. They aren’t parked in a prime location if you’re shlepping stuff, so I ended up blocking a walkway from Publix while I ran to get a handtruck.
15 sweaty minutes later, my stuff was in there and I couldn’t see an end to it. Alas, Jeremy Ramirez unbelievably calm and nice assisted me and made it effortless. Mine and my company information pulled up, he went ahead and help me get everything organized and boxed, popcorned, marked appropriately.
I will definitely return, hopefully with less mess!

I’ve never been a fan of UPS (Ur Package Smashed). I was in need of a PO Box and a Physical Mailing address that could receive packages. I had used another UPS Store before in the past and it got the job done so I went with what I knew. 5 Months into having the mailbox something occurred that raised my concern so I took it to the manager Luis Miguel, who is also the independent owner of this small franchise store, I came to him with not much expectations of getting anything really accomplished. However he was extremely diligent in following up with me and also took immediate action to improve the security at his independent location. The very next time i went to check my mail I noticed he had installed surveillance cameras throughout which made me feel much more at ease, He also gave me a free month on the box and wrote me a personalized email Thanking me for the business and that he was hopeful that we would renew the mailbox, Which i did. Thank you Luis Miguel. You really restored my confidence in your UPS Store and I appreciate the steps you have taken to insure your location is a safe one for all.
