Robbie and his guys at Dr Locks installed an AWESOME camera system for our house a couple months back. It is truly amazing and even more than we expected. The install was seamless and everything works perfectly! He even helped us set the app up on our phones and has answered all questions we have had. He also has changed the locks on our house and was quickly able to provide us with extra keys when we needed more at a later date. Professional and quick response every time!

Where do you start when you have so much to say about a company that simply understands the meaning of quality and service? I will start with this simple review. First — these guys were completely professional and above all, conscious of what was happening around them. We’re in a very busy office environment where we have reps on the phone, sales meetings and executive briefings. We didn’t even know they were here. Clean, courteous and a fast installation. The quality of the products are second-​to-​none. Robbie & team fully trained us before he left, made sure we were 150% satisfied and up and running. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Miami area. You don’t find this level of dependability or honesty today… Dr. Locks is the real deal.

Dr. Locks set up the entire security system for my company in Aventura. Robbie did it all in a day and were very helpful when explaining the instructions and setup. I have to disagree with previous review. They installed a deadbolt and rekeyed 5 other locks to the new Key. I was only provided two keys for 7 locks. The key cannot be duplicated at HD, only by a locksmith. I called and texted numerous times to get them to come back and make the additional keys. Once the check cleared the bank they stopped responding to texts and calls. They ripped me off. Choose someone else if you need work done. Tell all your family friends and aquaintances to stay away from Dr. Locks.

These guys are fairly-​priced, not a a major rip-​off like the rest of the «emergency 24-​hr locksmiths» in the Miami area. I called Dr Locks 2 days after I had paid another locksmith $ 170 to get me into my condo when my lock was jammed. The first locksmith was able to force and wiggle my key enough to open the door (it took 2 seconds). I knew he got lucky but I told him that the lock had jammed before, therefore I would continue to get locked out… He told me to replace the entire mechanism, there was nothing he could do (except charge me $ 170 for doing nothing!). Dr Locks came and took apart my entire lock and put it back together. They fixed the problem and the cost was about $ 100 cheaper. Go figure.
