First of all I went in on Christmas Eve at 3 o’clock in the afternoon to see if I could get a piece of jewelry fixed to give as a gift. I actually asked for a price to fix it. The woman who helped me took the ring in the back and I thought she was going to give me an estimate. She fixed it and cleaned it up for me at no charge! She was so sweet… next time I buy a piece of jewelry this will definitely be the first place that I go. Customer service is virtually nonexistent these days– it was so refreshing to be treated so nicely — and if they are that nice to me, a stranger, imagine how they are with their customers.
