We purchased a LX533MW for our remodel. At first our appliance vendor was saying delivery would be after our need date. We reached out to Jason on their FB page and received immediate responses by Paulo (VP of Sales) and their customer service. Tub arrived within a week and met the install date. The customer service is outstanding and we love the product and would recommend it to others. The Jason line far exceeds the other tubs on the market. They are a company that takes great pride in their products and taking care of their customers.

I purchased a corner MK550 Jason tub. When the contractor tried to install it, he noticed a leak in the fiberglass. I called Jason International immediateley and sent them photos of the leak. They did send someone to fix the tub, but it took 4 – 5 days and completely delayed my remodel of my bathroom and caused much additioanl work for my contractor. I requested a portion of the purhcase price back and Jason International refused after repeated requests (I even spoke to one of the owners on the telephone), so I will never buy one of their products again. I don’t recommend that you do either. I paid for a brand new tub and ended up with a refurbished one, so I was not pleased.
