I loved this place. Nice clean atmosphere and the staff is some of the friendliest and most attentive around. The menu isn’t big but food is made to order and the biscuits and gravy and homemade sausage were incredible. Also make a great cup of coffee. Nice relaxing place with friendly service and homemade food. I will definitely add this place to my list of regulars. Now I need to come here for lunch

Their chicken strips are the best I have ever had. Bree was super nice and the service of our food was quick. Nothing to complain about here. And they must of added seasoned fries to their mix so that the fries were tasty. Good eats here.

I’ve eaten here three times since arriving at Camp Robinson and have not had a bad meal yet. This will be my lunch spot whenever I’m in town! The fried chicken is delicious, and they serve up some serious pancakes! The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. You can really tell that they care and try to produce the best that they can for you. A very enjoyable place to eat. Seriously. The best pancake I’ve ever had.

Omg! Is all I can say! I had the burger with egg and bacon and it was amazing. My boyfriend had breakfast and loved it as well, he tried my burger and raved about it all day. Staff was super friendly, a great find.

Super Friendly Service & Great Breakfast with a pleasant atmosphere! As we drove across country we turned to Unilocal to help us find places to stop & eat with our 2 young children. This places ended up being one of my favorite spots. Our server was very friendly & helpful. The food was received as we ordered it, which was especially nice since we ordered an egg poached hard(you wouldn’t believe how difficult it is to get one of these done correctly). Loved the décor. Bathroom was clean. Can’t ask for better than that!

First and last time. My party of four ordered three burgers and a club sandwich. After 30 minutes of waiting and several tables that came in 20 minutes after us getting their food, decided to ask about our order. Waitress acted like she wasn’t for sure whether she had taken our order or not. She decided to check the kitchen and they didn’t have the order either. Walked out after that, what a waste of an hour of our lives. Restaurant was not organized at all.

I had heard great things from a co worker about Gail’s, so I took the wife to go check it out. I ordered the triple cheese burger, and when they brought it out, it was literally larger than my head. 3 huge chunks of beef, 4 perfectly cooked slices of bacon along with 2 eggs. It took 10 minutes to figure out how to approach the 1rst bite. Needless to say, it was amazing!!!

I stopped in for lunch with my daughter around 12:45. When we walked in, we seemed to be the only customers there, so I was a little worried at first. Our server, Bree, was very friendly and polite. I ordered a burger and fries for both my daughter and myself, and the food arrived quickly. The burger was great. Juicy, well seasoned, the toppings were fresh and abundant, and my request for no mayo was followed. The burgers come standard with bacon and a fried egg. It had to be at least a ½ lb burger patty, too. Definitely a good value. The fries were so-so, cooked well, but just plain old fries. I saw another server and a woman in the kitchen(maybe Gail herself?) and I was pleased at how nice everyone seemed. A couple of people came in to eat and they seemed like they were regulars. Being so close to Camp Robinson, I would figure this place would have more customers around lunchtime. I’ll definitely be returning often.

Gail’s is good. Not excellent yet but headed there if given the chance. Fried chicken on one occasion was great and on the next not so much and the pieces were small. Hamburger experience was very good. The daily dessert on my last visit was moist delicious brownies. Servers are all attentive and Gail is busy in the kitchen. Locally owned– support her. I’ll be going back. Don’t let the parking lot discourage you.

First impression wasn’t the greatest. Obviously not the locations fault but kind of sketchy looking guys sitting in an otherwise empty diner. Also, I’m not a diner type of person but heard good things so we wanted to try breakfast. The breakfast menu isn’t expansive. I also thought the price was a bit on the high side for breakfast. Also they were unable to poach an egg. Those are the only small negatives. Obviously not a huge deal since I have it five stars. Bree was our server and she was terrific. Polite, friendly and attentive. The food came out and it looked terrific. The biscuits are large and just great. The gravy certainly appeared and tasted homemade with some sage added to it. It was really good. Who needs poached eggs? These are perfectly cooked. The home style potatoes needed just a few minutes more of cooking. A few where on the hard side. The prices? Well once you taste the food you k ow that you are paying for really tasty homemade food and not frozen fast food. This is our new favorite breakfast place and we will be back.
