Their North Little Rock apartment complex off 66⁄167 is locked into AT&T contract which forces residents to use them or none at all. They have a monopoly on that place and charge $ 44+/month for only 18MB/sec speed. I have another property in Cabot with Suddenlink and they only charge $ 29.99 for 50MB/sec. There’s one particular lady at the North Little Rock(off 67 – 167) that had absolutely horrible customer service when I was inquiring about these details. She was very abrupt with me and ultimately very rude. Tge type of behavior that should not be allowed in the Hospitality industry. I hope this post informs others about these issues

I must say, I’ve lived at several apartment communities and this one is absolutely the best. Trey and his staff are amazing and very polite. Plus it is locally owned and you don’t have to deal with a «management company». Wonderful atmosphere, everything is top notch. Definitely worth to look at if your looking for a new apartment community.
