I got my bike at Sugarbottom bikes 2 years ago. I will never buy a bike there again, bad customer service, they had my bike a week for a tune up when I picked it up they had replaced the front brake, no charge because it was still under warranty. Got home, went to go for a ride, the front break broke, it had not been put on correctly.
No apology from them, staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all., no customer service skills, all guys working when I’ve been there, minimal clothing or bike accessories geared towards women.
