I came here due to a back fusion I had 3 months ago and I’ve had bad stiffness and pain since and wanted to feel some relief from it. Due to the back pain that’s got worse in the past year, I’ve also become less active, which hasn’t helped the situation.
Dr. Koi has given me amazing one on one physical therapy to improve my range of motion in my lower back and hip. I’ve only had a few sessions but he has had me on machines and doing stretches and exercise to make my core stronger and make my range of motion better as well. I also do the tens unit, hot and cold compresses and even a little massage after my PT.
I really feel like the staff cares here. They are friendly and go out of their way to help. I especially want to give a shout out to Dr. Koi, Toni and Naryanne, who gave me some massage and worked out those kinks!
