This is a quality operation with fair prices. John takes the time to listen to his clients and understand their needs. I realize that pest control is meant to be a preventative measure against bugs and is not full proof. Not sure why some have complaints here as this business is top notch and if someone gets stung or bit is no fault of the actual operation.
I like that this company comes when I need them and will work with me on my pest control needs. If you are in the Vegas area, give them a shot. They are reasonably priced and professional.

My schedule kept changing and John was able to work around my schedule. I really appreciate the extra effort. The price was more than fair, payment and invoicing was easy, and best of all… NO more bugs!

Waste of money. John seemed like a nice guy but after every time he sprayed, there were still bugs.
There were a few times I had to call him in between sprays where I would have an ant problem and all these little earwigs (gross looking bugs) started popping up around my house. He said that if I sprayed every month instead of every other month I wouldn’t have that problem anymore. So he started spraying more often and with that he started charging me more.
Right after he recently sprayed I still had earwigs and ants all over my house so he came for a distress’ call. You think for a distress call would come right away? No I still had to wait over a week. He sprayed three times in a period of two months and then what happens? I get bit by a scorpion in my foot. Why the hell is a scorpion my house if you just sprayed three times in the past two months? I sent him a text message saying that whatever she was using inside my house wasn’t working and he gave me a very rude response back to me. Or maybe I should send him my hospital bill! Now I am off of work for two days and have experienced the worst pain of my life with the scorpion bite– I don’t wish this upon anybody. Find an exterminator that will actually keep pests away!

John came to my house today because my boys were getting bites at night. I was worried they were bed bugs. He came and inspected all the rooms and determined that they were spiders. He was on time, professional, efficient, and super nice. I liked that he was honest. It was the BEST experience! We are considering switching our monthly services to him. TRY HIM, you will be satisfied!

John has been exterminating our house for over a year, every month. He is fast, efficient and affordable. He sends us 24-​hour reminder of our appointment which I really appreciate and does the job in less than 20 mins! Totally recommend you this service!

Been using Vegasbugs for a few years now. I’ve never had problem with service. Our house sits on a half acre and we have a lot of places for bugs to hide. For the most part the only bugs we see are dead bugs. The guy that comes out is nice and was able to work with our schedule. I would recomend them to anyone who is having problems with bugs.
