I have been studying with instructor Jensen for the past few months and I have learned a lot of defense skills. I have become a better person. I earned my yellow belt. This Martial arts class is Excellent for Adults, kids and Families. Very highly recommended for everyone! Thumbs up high, way high! With a big Shaka! Aloha!

Solid self defense school. Instructor Jensen is Very Well Rounded in the Martial arts. Instructor Jensen is very patient and has the passion of what he does best. Great for Adults and children. Highly recommended! Thumbs up!

This place is wonderful! Mr Jensen is so good at what he does. Our daughter has been going for 2 months and he has been very patient to make sure she knows the moves but pushes her along so she is always learning new material. He makes it a lot of fun for her so she is excited to go each time. Very highly recommended.
