ughhhh. Where to begin. Honestly the townhomes are beautiful and spacious.
They are rodent free. Neighbors are cool.
I would think twice about living here only because I have been here ¹¹⁄₂ years, and since I have been here they have changed Management companies twice. Within the transition of these changes I was Served 2 pay or quit notices unjustly. Staff is incompetent. They don’t keep track of payments properly.(my rent is never let)
The only reason why I am still here is because I love the upstairs downstairs.
Prices are or better yet sais were cheap now it is up to $ 650.00 for a 2 bedroom.
